Abstract
【解決手段】電池パック101は、ケース10と、複数の単電池を連結しケース底面10aと接触して配置された電池群21と、電池群を固定する固定部材40とを備える。固定部材は、電池上面側からケースの側面部10b2に繋がる熱経路40A、40Bを有する。

Description
図3は実施例1の電池パック101の断面図であり、固定部材40の形状をC形状にしたものである。本実施例では、固定部材40の形状をケース側面10b2までの上経路40Aと下経路40Bとの2つを有する形状とし、電池群21に対し、電池群上部と電池群下部からケース側面10b2へ直接伝熱経路を設けた。他の実施例と比較し、簡易で軽量な構成である。本構成は固定部材を曲げ加工で簡易に製作可能な特徴がある。
図4は実施例2の電池パック102の断面図であり、固定部材40の形状をO形状にしたものである。実施例2は、実施例1と同様の考えで固定部材40の形状をケース側面10b2までの上経路40Aと下経路40Bとの2つを有する形状としたうえで、固定部材40のケース側面10b2と接触する部分を延伸した構成となっている。
図5は実施例3の電池パック103の断面図であり、固定部材40の形状をO形状とした上でさらに内部に中間放熱経路40Cを設けたものである。実施例3は、実施例2と同様の考えで固定部材40の形状をケース側面10b2までの上経路40Aと下経路40Bとの2つを有する形状とし、固定部材40のケース側面10b2と接触する部分を延伸した構成とした上で、さらにケース側面10b2までの伝熱経路を増やした形状としている。
図6は実施例4の電池パック104の断面図であり、固定部材40の形状をO形状とした上でさらに内部に中間放熱経路40D(40D1、40D2)を複数個設けたものである。実施例4は、実施例3の固定部材40に電池群21からケース側面10b2への伝熱経路を複数個追加した構成(伝熱経路40D1、40D2を追加した構成)である。実施例3と比較して、固定部材とケース側面との接触面積は同等であるが、電池群21からケース側面10b2への伝熱経路がさらに増加するため、放熱性が向上する特徴がある。
図7は比較例1の電池パック201の断面図である。電池群21側面に取り付けた固定部材をケース底面10aに固定することで電池群21をケース内部へ固定する構成としており、固定部材401がケース側面10b2までの上経路と下経路との2つを有していない構造となっている。
図8は比較例2の電池パック202の断面図である。電池群21に対し、電池群21下部からケース側面10b2へ直接伝熱経路を設けた固定部材402としており、固定部材402がケース側面10b2までの上経路を有していない形状となっている。

Claims (5)
- ケースと、複数の単電池を連結しケース底面と接触して配置された電池群と、電池群を固定する固定部材とを備え、固定部材が電池上面側からケースの側面部に繋がる熱経路を有することを特徴とする電池パック。
- 請求項1に記載の電池パックにおいて、
単電池が角型またはパウチ型であり、大面積の側面を互いに対向させ積層させて電池群を構成したことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電池パックにおいて、
固定部材が金属を含むことを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から3に記載の電池パックにおいて、
ケースが金属からなることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 請求項1から4に記載の電池パックにおいて、
電池群および/または単電池と固定部材間に絶縁材料が配置されていることを特徴とする電池パック。
