Claims (23)

前記一部除去された空間を充填するように形成された交換用部品であって、
50%から80%までの間の基材と、
0%から30%までの間のろう付け材料と、
0%から8%までの間のアルミニウムと、を含む材料から形成された前記交換用部品と、
前記交換用部品を前記翼部に対して取り付けて、前記一部除去された空間を充填させるように、前記翼部と前記交換用部品との間に形成された、ろう付け結合部と、
を含むブレード。 - さらに、前記交換用部品と前記翼部との間に配置された取付け部PSP(予め焼結したプリフォーム)を含み、前記ろう付け結合部は、前記翼部と前記取付け部PSPとの間に形成された、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- 前記取付け部PSPは、
50%から70%までの間の基材と、
30%から50%までの間のろう付け材料と、
0%から8%までの間のアルミニウムと、を含む材料から形成された、請求項2に記載のブレード。 - 前記ろう付け材料は、Ti、Zr及びHfの少なくとも1つを含有するNi-Crろう付け材料である、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- 前記ろう付け材料は、さらに、3%から6%までの間のRe及び/又はRuを含有する、請求項4に記載のブレード。
- 前記一部除去された空間は、前記ブレードの前縁の一部を含み、かつ前記交換用部品は、前縁の交換用部品である、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- 前記一部除去された空間は、前記翼部のチップを含み、かつ前記交換用部品は、チップの交換用部品である、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- さらに、前記交換用部品から延在して、前記翼部と係合するように配置された、複数のピンを含む、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- 前記基材は、ニッケル基超合金であって、合金247の特性に相当する化学的組成を有する、請求項1に記載のブレード。
- ガスタービン用のブレードを修復するための方法であって、前記ブレードはニッケル基超合金を用いて形成され、前記方法は、
前記ブレードの翼部の一部を除去して、一部除去された空間を画定し、
前記一部除去された空間を充電する大きさで交換用部品を形成し、前記交換用部品は、
前記ブレードの前記翼部を形成するために用いられた材料と適合する、50%を上回る基材と、
8%までのアルミニウムと、を含む材料から形成され、
ろう付け材料を用いて前記交換用部品を前記翼部に対してろう付けして、前記ろう付け段階では、前記翼部と前記交換用部品の温度を、前記基材の粒界融解温度よりも下に維持させる、
方法。 - さらに、前記交換用部品に対して取付け部PSP(予め焼結したプリフォーム)を取付けて、前記翼部と前記取付け部PSPとの間にろう付け結合部を形成した、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記取付け部PSPは、
50%から70%までの間の基材と、
30%から50%までの間のろう付け材料と、
0%から8%までの間のアルミニウムと、を含む材料から形成された、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記ろう付け材料は、Ti、Zr及びHfの少なくとも1つと、3%から6%までの間のRe及び/又はRuとを含有する、Ni-Crろう付け材料から形成された、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記一部除去された空間は、前記ブレードの前縁の一部を含み、かつ前記交換用部品は、前縁の交換用部品である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記一部除去された空間は、前記ブレードの翼部のチップを含み、かつ前記交換用部品は、チップの交換用部品である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記交換用部品から延在する複数のピンを形成して、前記ピンを前記ブレードのベーン部と係合させた、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ガスタービン用のブレードを修復するための方法であって、前記ブレードはニッケル基超合金を用いて形成され、
前記ブレードの翼部の一部を除去して、一部除去された空間を画定し、
粉末金属及びバインダの混合物を用意し、
前記混合物を用いてグリーン・フォーム部品を形成し、
前記グリーン・フォーム部品を加熱して、前記バインダを燃焼させて、前記粉末金属によって機械的又は冶金学的な結合を形成して、前記グリーン・フォーム部品の形状を維持させて、
前記グリーン・フォーム部品を焼結させて、少なくとも96パーセントの密度を有する交換用部品を形成し、
前記一部除去された空間内に前記交換用部品を配置して、前記交換用部品によって前記一部除去された空間を充填させ、
ろう付け材料を用いて前記交換用部品を前記翼部に対してろう付けして、前記ろう付け段階では、前記翼部と前記交換用部品の温度を、前記翼部を形成する前記基材の粒界融解温度よりも下に維持させる、
方法。 - 前記バインダは、さらに、ポリマーを含む、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記形成段階では、さらに前記粉末金属及びバインダの混合物の第一の層を支持構造上に配置して、レーザーを用いて前記第一の層を加熱する、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 最終的な層にわたって第二の層を配置して、前記グリーン・フォーム部品を完成させるために適用されるレーザーを用いて各層を加熱する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 第N番目の層にわたる第一の層は、第一の化学的構成を有する第一の材料から形成され、最終的な層にわたる第N+1番目の層は、前記第一の化学的構成とは異なる第二の化学的構成を有する第二の材料から形成される、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記形成段階では、さらに、前記支持構造と前記第一の層との間に、セラミックの中間層を配置する、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記ろう付け材料は、さらに、3%から6%までの間のRe及び/又はRuを含有する、請求項17に記載の方法。
