Claims (12)
- 修理面(110)を暴露するために、サービスランのタービン部品(102)の損傷部分(108)を除去すること(106)と、
前記タービン部品(102)の前記修理面(110)に、予備焼結プリフォーム(114)を施用すること(112)と、
前記予備焼結プリフォーム(114)とタービン部品(102)とを一緒に加熱して、前記予備焼結プリフォーム(114)および前記タービン部品(102)の冷却時に、前記修理面(110)上に置換保護コーティング(118)を含むろう付け部(116)を形成すること(120)と、
を含む、修理する方法であって、
前記予備焼結プリフォーム(114)は、ボンドコート粉末とろう付け粉末との混合物から形成されており、
前記ボンドコート粉末は、重量%で、
Ni: 33.0~35.0、
Cr: 21.4~23.4、
Si: 8.6~9.2、
Al: 2.4~3.0、
W : 1.2~1.6、
Ta: 0.6~0.8、
B : 0.45~0.65、
C : 0.05~0.15、
Fe: 0.15~0.45、および
残余のCo、
を含み、前記ろう付け粉末は、重量%で、
N : 32、
C : 21、
Al: 8、
Y : 0.5、および
残余のCo、
