Claims (11)
- 冷却水の流動する冷却水流路及び該冷却水流路と連通している開口が形成され、一側に前記冷却水流路と連通して冷却水が流入する流入口が形成され、他側に前記冷却水流路と連通して冷却水が排出される排出口が形成されたボディと、
前記ボディの開口が形成された部分に第1面側が結合され、前記第1面が冷却水流路上に露出した熱電素子と、を含み、
前記流入口と前記排出口とを連結する冷却水流路には、冷却水の流動方向に相対的に水力直径が小さく形成された部分が存在することを特徴とする、熱電素子熱交換モジュール。 - 前記流入口と前記排出口との間の冷却水流路には、冷却水の流動方向にボトルネック構造を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。
- 前記ボトルネック構造は、
前記熱電素子の第1面、又は前記熱電素子の第1面と対向するボディの一面から突出した突出部が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。 - 前記突出部は、流入口と排出口とを直線で連結する長さ方向に対して垂直な幅方向への両側が冷却水流路の幅方向の側面と離隔するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。
- 前記突出部は、熱電素子と対向する面、又は冷却水流路と対向する面が平面に形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。
- 前記流入口と前記排出口との間の冷却水流路には、冷却水の流動方向にガイドベーンを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。
- 前記ガイドベーンは、流入口の周辺及び排出口の周辺のうちの少なくとも一つに形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。
- 前記ガイドベーンは、複数個が並列配置されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。
- 前記ボディの冷却水流路は、高さ方向よりも長さ方向及び幅方向に広く形成され、
前記流入口及び前記排出口は、高さ方向に冷却水流路と連通するように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。 - 前記ボディの開口の周りに沿って着座部が凹設され、
前記熱電素子が前記着座部に挿入されて結合されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。 - 前記ボディと前記熱電素子との間に介在して冷却水の漏れを防止するためのシール部材をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の熱電素子熱交換モジュール。
