Abstract
Description
ポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料であって、重量部で、以下の成分を含み、
ポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体 100部、
強化剤 15-100部、
前記強化剤は、二層コア-シェル構造強化剤と三層コア-シェル構造強化剤との配合(compounding、コンパウンディング)から選択され、二層コア-シェル構造強化剤は、強化剤の総重量部の10-45%を占める。
本発明は、主に特定の二層コアシェル構造強化剤と特定の三層コアシェル構造強化剤との配合を選択し、さらに、強化剤と樹脂マトリックスとの間の屈折率の差を縮小し、且つ二つの強化剤の使用量比を調節することによって、透明度に優れ、また製造されたフィルムを繰り返して二つ折りにしても破断したり、折り曲げ誘導白化したりすることがないという利点を得て、ポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料に良好な透明度、耐折り曲げ誘導白化効果、及び良好な強化効果を備えさせる。光透過率が高く、靱性が高く、繰り返して二つ折りにしても折り曲げ誘導白化することがないフィルムとして製造することができ、応用範囲が広い。
PMMA:重量平均分子量は、130000g/molであり、屈折率は、1.49である。
二層コア-シェル構造強化剤A:シェル層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、コア層は、架橋アクリル酸ブチルとスチレンとの共重合体であり、シェル層は、二層コア-シェル構造強化剤の総重量の61%を占め、屈折率は、1.495であり、粒径分布は、50-200nmの間にある。
二層コア-シェル構造強化剤B:シェル層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、コア層は、架橋アクリル酸ブチルとスチレンとの共重合体であり、シェル層は、二層コア-シェル構造強化剤の総重量の75%を占め、屈折率は、1.480であり、粒径分布は、50-200nmの間にある。
二層コア-シェル構造強化剤C:シェル層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、コア層は、スチレン-ブタジエン共重合体、シェル層は、二層コア-シェル構造強化剤の総重量の61%を占め、屈折率は、1.931であり、粒径分布は、50-200nmの間にある。
三層コア-シェル構造強化剤A:外層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、中間ゴム層は、架橋アクリル酸ブチルとスチレンとの共重合体であり、内層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、中間ゴム層は、三層コア-シェル構造強化剤の総重量の41%を占め、屈折率は、1.488であり、粒径分布は、50-200nmの間にある。
三層コア-シェル構造強化剤B:外層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、中間ゴム層は、架橋アクリル酸ブチルとスチレンとの共重合体であり、内層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、中間ゴム層は、三層コア-シェル構造強化剤の総重量の20%を占め、屈折率は、1.479であり、粒径分布は、50-200nmの間にある。
三層コア-シェル構造強化剤C:外層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、中間ゴム層は、シリコンゴムであり、内層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、中間ゴム層は、三層コア-シェル構造強化剤の総重量の41%を占め、屈折率は、1.508であり、粒径分布は、50-200nmの間にある。
抗酸化剤:テトラ[β-(3、5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオン酸]ペンタエリスリトールエステルとトリス[2.4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル]亜リン酸エステル配合物。
潤滑剤:エチレンビスステアラミド。
耐候剤:TINUVIN 770DF、HALS化合物、セバシン酸ビス2,2,6,6-テトラメチルピペリドールエステル。
(1)透明度:厚さが60umのフィルムを作製し、透過率テスタでテストする。
(2)ノッチ付きアイゾッド強度:GB1843-1996『プラスチックアイゾット衝撃試験方法』標準に従ってテストし、シャルピーエネルギが2.75Jであり、常温でテストする。
(3)耐折り曲げ誘導白化:厚さが60umのフィルムを作製し、フィルムを二つ折りにして光に向かって白化状況を観察する。深刻度の区分等級は、なし、軽微、明らか、深刻である。
Claims (10)
- 重量部で、以下の成分を含み、
ポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体 100部、
強化剤 15-100部、
前記強化剤は、二層コア-シェル構造強化剤と三層コア-シェル構造強化剤との配合から選択され、二層コア-シェル構造強化剤は、強化剤の総重量部の10-45%を占める、ことを特徴とするポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料。 - 前記二層コア-シェル構造強化剤のシェル層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、コア層は、架橋アクリル酸ブチルとスチレンとの共重合体であり、前記三層コア-シェル構造強化剤の外層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルであり、中間ゴム層は、架橋アクリル酸ブチルとスチレンとの共重合体であり、内層は、ポリメタクリル酸メチルである、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料。
- 前記二層コア-シェル構造強化剤におけるシェル層は、二層コア-シェル構造強化剤の総重量の45-70%を占める、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料。
- 前記三層コア-シェル構造強化剤の中間ゴム層は、三層コア-シェル構造強化剤の総重量の25-45%を占める、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料。
- 二層コア-シェル構造強化剤は、強化剤の総重量部の20-35%を占める、ことを特徴とする請求項1-4のいずれか1項に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料。
- 前記ポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体は、ポリアクリル酸メチル類重合体、ポリアクリル酸エチル類重合体、ポリアクリル酸プロピル類重合体、ポリアクリル酸ブチル類重合体、ポリアクリル酸アミル類重合体のうちの少なくとも一つから選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料。
- 前記強化剤とポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体との屈折率の差は、0.010よりも小さい、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は3又は4に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料。
- 重量部で、耐候剤0.3-10部をさらに含み、前記耐候剤は、ベンゾトリアゾール類紫外線吸収剤、ジ安息香酸類紫外線吸収剤、及びHALS類化合物のうちの少なくとも一つから選択され、助剤0.2-5部をさらに含んでもよく、前記助剤は、熱安定剤、抗酸化剤、滴下防止剤、潤滑剤、可塑剤のうちの少なくとも一つから選択される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料。
- 配分比率に従って各成分を秤量し、ポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体、強化剤、耐候剤を高速混合機に投入して均一に混合し、さらに押出機を経て押出造粒し(スクリューの回転数は、300-500rpmであり、押出機の各段のスクリュー温度は、供給口からヘッドまで順次、一ゾーン温度80-100℃、二ゾーン温度160-180℃、三ゾーン温度190-210℃、四ゾーン温度190-210℃、五ゾーン温度190-210℃、六ゾーン温度180-200℃、七ゾーン温度180-200℃、八ゾーン温度190-210℃、九ゾーン温度190-210℃、ヘッド温度200-220℃に設定される)、ポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料を得るというステップを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料の製造方法。
- 前記強化剤の粒径は、50-250nmであり、好ましくは、前記強化剤の粒径は、130-170nmである、ことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のポリアクリル酸エステル類重合体複合材料の製造方法。
