Abstract
Description
本願は、2019年7月2日に出願された米国仮特許出願第62/869,675号からの優先権を主張し、その開示は、参照により、その全体が本明細書に援用される。
本発明は、放射線保護機器に関し、特に、放射線遮蔽体を被覆して患者汚染を防止するための放射線遮蔽体カバーに関する。
X線機器は、種々の用途およびシステムにおいて日常的に使用されている。例えば、医療設定では、X線が、診断ツールとして広く使用されている。それにもかかわらず、X線システムを動作させる医療提供者および技術的人員は、通常、放射線に暴露され、そのような累積X線暴露によって害を受け得る。
放射線遮蔽体カバー側面と、
カバー側面の底部におけるカバー底部であって、カバー底部は、患者との放射線遮蔽体の接触を防止するように構成される、カバー底部と、

Claims (23)
- X線システムの放射線遮蔽体を被覆するための放射線遮蔽体カバーであって、前記カバーは、
カバー側面と、
前記カバー側面の底部におけるカバー底部であって、前記カバー底部は、患者との前記放射線遮蔽体の接触を防止するように構成される、カバー底部と、
放射線検出器および/または放射線源、および/または、前記X線システムの前記放射線遮蔽体に前記カバーを接続するための接続機構と、
前記放射線遮蔽体が後退および/または拡張するとき、またはその後、前記遮蔽体カバーを後退および/または拡張させるように構成される展開機構と
を備える、カバー。 - 前記カバー側面は、前記放射線検出器および/または前記放射線源および/または前記放射線遮蔽体に取り付けられるように構成される、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記接続機構は、周辺弾性バンドを有する開口部を伴うカバー上部を含む、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記カバーは、使い捨てであるように設計される、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、前記放射線遮蔽体カバーを後退させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、前記カバーに動作可能に接続される少なくとも1つの油圧動作式伸縮自在デバイスに流動的に接続されるポンプを備える、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、モータと、前記モータおよび伸縮自在デバイスに動作可能に接続されるケーブルとを備える、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、前記カバーに動作可能に接続される少なくとも1つの弾性部材を備える、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、少なくとも1つのカバー/遮蔽体締結具を備える、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのカバー/遮蔽体締結具は、その外部側において前記遮蔽体に接続されるアンカと、前記カバーの内部側に接続されるフックとを備える、請求項9に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、少なくとも1つの遮蔽体カバーケーブルと、少なくとも1つのケーブル間締結具と、少なくとも1つのモータシャフトケーブルと、モータシャフトを有する少なくとも1つの電気モータとを備え、前記遮蔽体カバーケーブルは、一端において、前記カバーの遠位部分に接続され、その他端において、ケーブル間締結具に接続され、モータシャフトケーブルは、一端において、ケーブル間締結具に接続され、その他端において、前記モータシャフトに接続され、前記カバーの後退中、前記モータシャフトケーブルは、前記モータシャフト上に巻回されるように構成され、拡張中、前記モータシャフトケーブルは、前記モータシャフト上で解巻されるように構成される、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電気モータは、前記カバーの同一面に沿って配置される2つのモータシャフトケーブルに接続され、前記シャフトケーブルのうちの1つは、前記モータシャフトの下部または下側に取り付けられ、他のモータシャフトケーブルは、前記モータシャフトの上部または上側に取り付けられ、それによって、前記電気モータが動作されてモータシャフトが回転すると、前記2つのモータシャフトケーブルは、同時に、前記モータシャフト上に巻回される、または、同時に、前記シャフトから解巻される、請求項11に記載のカバー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのモータシャフトは、シャフト付属品を有し、シャフト軸受が、前記シャフト付属品上に配置され、前記シャフト付属品は、前記シャフトより大きい直径を有し、モータシャフトケーブルを用いて、同時に、前記カバーの後退中、前記シャフト上に巻回し、前記カバーの拡張中、そこから解巻するように構成される、請求項11に記載のカバー。
- 前記モータシャフトケーブルおよび/または前記遮蔽体カバーケーブルは、モータ停止センサと、視覚的センサ停止フラグとを備え、前記モータ停止センサは、フラグが後退方向に到着するときを感知し、信号を前記電気モータに送信し、動作を停止させ、それによって、過巻回を防止するように構成される、請求項11に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、少なくとも1つのプーリシステムを備え、前記少なくとも1つのプーリシステムは、収縮および拡張し、それぞれ、前記ケーブルを解放および引動させるように構成される、請求項11に記載のカバー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプーリシステムは、線形モータによって上昇および降下される略水平ロッドを備える、請求項15に記載のカバー。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプーリシステムは、前記略水平ロッドを安定させるための1つ以上の垂直安定化ロッドをさらに備える、請求項15に記載のカバー。
- 前記水平ロッドは、1つ以上の垂直安定化ロッドによって安定され、前記1つ以上の垂直安定化ロッド上で、1つ以上の安定化リングが、摺動することができる、請求項16に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、前記カバーの角に取り付けられる遮蔽体カバーケーブルを備え、前記遮蔽体カバーケーブルは、スリーブを通して延設される、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、前記カバーの角に取り付けられる遮蔽体カバーケーブルを備え、前記遮蔽体カバーケーブルは、一連のリングを通して延設される、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記展開機構は、前記遮蔽体カバーケーブルに沿った一連の場所から前記カバーの縁に沿った一連の対応する場所まで延在する一連のケーブル/カバーケーブルを伴う遮蔽体カバーケーブルを備える、請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記ケーブル/カバーケーブルは、前記遮蔽体カバーケーブルの遠位端から、前記カバーの前記底部と前記側面のうちの1つとにおける角における場所およびそれに隣接する場所を含む場所まで延在する、請求項21に記載のカバー。
- 正方形状の外形を形成する4つのカバー側面が、存在する、請求項1に記載のカバー。
