Claims (11)
- 画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術を乳房中の癌部に行うための機器であって、前記機器は
(1)前記癌部をもつ前記乳房を固定するため、乳房カップを用いる固定化手段を有し、
(2)連通孔または左右開口部を有する寝台を有し、自己成形型媒体の最表層を有する前記寝台に患者がうつ伏せになって治療を受けるために、患者の左または右の乳房が、それぞれ前記連通孔または前記左または右開口部のなかに置かれ、
(3)前記寝台の下には、前記乳房を座標系の中に置くための立体位置特定フレームを有し、
(4)前記寝台に脱着可能で前記連通孔にスライドできるように搭載でき、または、前記乳房の固定化手段に脱着可能な一または二つの乳房遮蔽部を有し、
(5)照射部を有し、前記照射部は(1’)内側表面、外側表面、および内側表面と連通し、外表面とは連通しても連通していなくてもよく各々が放射線源を有するチャンネルをもつ壁からなる線源ホルダ、(2’)前記線源ホルダの内側表面に隣接するコリメータホルダを有し、前記コリメータホルダは前記線源ホルダと前記コリメータホルダが相対回転することにより異なるサイズの放射線ビームが選択できるように前記線源ホルダの中にある前記チャンネルと同じに位置合わせされた異なるサイズのコリメータを有し、および(3’)前記線源ホルダの外表面の下にあり前記線源ホルダおよび前記コリメータホルダを支持し、前記線源ホルダおよび前記コリメータホルダを互いにそれぞれ回転させるモータ、およびロック時において前記線源ホルダおよび前記コリメータホルダを一緒に回転させるもう一つのモータを格納する、ベースハウジングを有し、
(6)前記ベースハウジングを支える曲面形状のベースサポートを有し、
(7)前記寝台に操作可能なように接続され各々が前記寝台を異なる軸方向に移動させる3つのモータを有し、および
(8)前記寝台および前記照射部を制御するコンピュータ制御システムを有し、
各々のチャンネルが特有の緯度に形成され、前記線源ホルダが回転するとき、設置した全ての前記放射線源からのビームが同一平面上になく、常に一点に集中してアイソセンタを通ることを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。 - 請求項1に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、前記線源ホルダは100個以上のチャンネルをもつことを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項1に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、前記コリメータホルダは、前記機器が使用されていないとき前記チャンネルから放射線漏れを遮蔽するように前記チャンネルと位置合わせされた中実の遮蔽ブロックをさらに有することを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項1に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、(2)に記載の前記寝台は撮像に用いられる寝台と同じであることを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項1に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、さらに治療計画システムを有することを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項5に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、前記立体位置特定フレームの画像と前記立体位置特定フレームの実際の位置とが最も一致するように最小二乗法を用いることを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項5に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、前記治療計画システムは、前記座標系中に前記乳房の画像を配置し、前記乳房にある前記癌部の位置を特定することを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項5に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、前記コンピュータは、前記乳房にある前記癌部のなかの最適な位置に適当なサイズと強度を有する放射線ショットを自動的に照射することを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項5に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、前記機器のオペレーターは、前記乳房にある前記癌部のなかの最適な位置に適当なサイズと強度を有する放射線ショットを照射することを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項5に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、前記治療計画システムは、MRI画像上に照射線量を表示して前記治療計画を解析することを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
- 請求項10に記載の画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器であって、前記機器は、前記照射線量表示および治療計画サマリーを印刷することを特徴とする画像誘導型立体位置放射線手術用機器。
