Abstract
Description
以下に説明する式(I)で表される化合物が、自発的な空気酸化によるダマソンの放出のための前駆体として機能することが今や見いだされた。
自発的な空気酸化によって、式(II)のダマスコン
式中、点線の1つは、炭素-炭素結合とともに二重結合を表し、他の2つの点線の各々は、炭素-炭素結合とともに単結合を表す、
を発生するための前駆体としての前記使用を提供する。
(b)特定の効果を有する化粧品製品、とくにサンスクリーン、日焼け製品、色素沈着防止製品、デオドラント、制汗剤、除毛剤、シェービング製品;
(c)化粧品のデンタルケア製品、とくにデンタルおよびオーラルケア製品、歯のケア製品、歯科用補綴物用の洗浄剤、歯科用補綴物用の接着剤;および
(d)化粧品のヘアケア製品、とくに毛髪シャンプー、ヘアケア製品、毛髪-セット製品、毛髪-シェイピング製品、およびヘアカラーリング製品。
式中、点線は、シクロヘキセン環の各々のアルファ-、ベータ-またはデルタ-位の1つに位置する二重結合を表す。ビス-付加体であるこれらの化合物は、国際公開WO2008/154765において記載されている。
式(I)で表される化合物の式(III)で表される化合物との組み合わせが使用された場合、式(II)で表される化合物の連続的な放出が、(例えば、洗浄剤製品に使用した場合に、既に濡れたファブリック上で)初期段階から数日まで顕著であることも見いだされた。
- 精油および抽出物、例として海狸香、コスタスルート油、オークモスアブソリュート、ゼラニウム油、ツリーモスアブソリュート、バジル油、果実油、たとえばベルガモット油およびマンダリン油、ミルテ油、パルマローザ油、パッチュリ油、プチグレン油、ジャスミン油、バラ油、白檀油、アブサン油、ラベンダー油および/またはイランイラン油;
- ヘテロ環、例としてイソブチルキノリン(2-イソブチルキノリン)。
式中、点線の1つは、炭素-炭素結合とともに二重結合を表し、他の2つの点線の各々は、炭素-炭素結合とともに単結合を表す。
式(I)で表される化合物および式(III)で表される化合物の混合物は、これらの各々を互いに独立して調製した後に、当該2つの化合物を所望される比率で混和することにより調製してもよい。代替的に、混合物はその場で、例として、「例」において記載したプロセスに従うことによって、調製することができる。
250mL二首丸底フラスコにおいて、(E)-1-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタ-2-エン-1-オン(10g、52.0mmol)およびL-システインエチルエステル塩酸塩(15g、81mmol)を水(100ml)に入れた。室温での撹拌下、炭酸カリウム(8g、57.9mmol)を1回で添加し、その結果得られる混合物を終夜室温にて撹拌した。MTBE(50ml)を混合物に添加し、これを次いで追加の1時間撹拌した。混合物を分液漏斗に移し、相を分離し、水相をMTBE(2x50ml)で抽出した。有機相を組み合わせ、および水(3x50ml)、水/ブライン(20ml/30ml)およびブライン(50ml)で洗浄し、MgSO4上で乾燥し、ろ過し、溶媒を蒸発させ、エチルS-(4-オキソ-4-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタン-2-イル)-L-システイナート(16.91g、49.5mmol、95%収率)を、4つの異性体の混合物として、および薄黄色油として得た。
1500mLスルホン化フラスコにおいて、(E)-1-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタ-2-エン-1-オン(200g、1.04mol)およびL-システインエチルエステル塩酸塩(98.1g、0.53mol)を水(520ml)に入れた。室温での撹拌下、炭酸カリウム(72.16g、0.52mol)を1回で入れた。反応混合物を次いで終夜室温にて撹拌した。溶液を分液漏斗に移し、MTBE(100ml)を添加し、相を分離しおよび水相をMTBE(100ml)で抽出した。有機相を組み合わせ、およびブライン(250ml)で洗浄し、MgSO4上で乾燥し、ろ過し、溶媒を蒸発させ、S-(4-オキソ-4-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタン-2-イル)-L-システイナートの異性体およびエチルN,S-ビス(4-オキソ-4-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタン-2-イル)-L-システイナートの異性体の、1:14の比率の混合物を含有する透明な黄色油(255.39g、0.48mol、92%収率)を得た。
ステップ1: ディーンスタークを装着した250mlスルホン化フラスコにおいて、3-ヒドロキシ-1-(2,6,6-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3-エン-1-イル)ブタ-2-エン-1-オンジケトン(5.1g、24.5mmol)およびL-システインエチルエステル塩酸塩(4.46g、24mmol)をトルエン(50ml)に懸濁させた。酢酸(10ml、175mmol)を添加し、混合物を終夜還流させた(Tbath=130℃)。混合物を分液漏斗に移し、および水/ブライン(20ml/30ml)の混合物を添加した。相を分離し、水相をMTBE(30ml)で洗浄した。有機相を組み合わせ、飽和Na2CO3(50ml)水溶液、ブライン/水(20ml/10ml)およびブライン(30ml)で洗浄し、MgSO4上で乾燥し、ろ過し、溶媒を蒸発させ、エチル-(4-オキソ-4-(2,6,6-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3-エン-1-イル)ブタ-2-エン-2-イル)システイナート(8.3g、24.5、quant.収率)を、黄色油として得た。
化合物B: エチルN,S-ビス(4-オキソ-4-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタン-2-イル)システイナート)
0.2%wt/wtの例2の混合物を含有する液体洗浄剤組成物(4.0mg)を、香料を付していないヘビーデューティー液体洗浄剤(HDLD)ベースで調製した。この液体洗浄剤組成物を1Lの冷たい水道水に溶解して、前駆体を含有する洗浄液を製造した。洗浄液(100mL)を、150mLコニカルフラスコに、2枚のコットンパッド(10x10cm2、それぞれの重量は2.5g)と一緒に入れた。フラスコをスクリューキャップで閉じ、恒温槽で200rpm、40℃で1時間振とうした。液体を捨て、コットンパッド(湿潤重量4.5g)を絞って、コニカルフラスコに戻した。75mLの冷たい水道水を添加した後、室温にて30分間振とうしてリンスした。コットンパッドを絞って、加速式溶媒抽出器(CH3CN、60℃、1500psi)で抽出し、抽出液(15~20ml、正確に測定)をHPLCで定量分析に供した。上記プロセスを繰り返したが、タオルを環境大気中で24時間ライン乾燥させた後に抽出した点が異なる。
コットンパッド抽出物中のδ-ダマスコンおよびその前駆体の定量化は、CH3CN中の標準材料の外部校正(0.3~20ppm)を用いたHPLC-UVによって行った。結果を以下の表に示す。
例6を、香料を付していないヘビーデューティー液体洗浄剤ベースを、香料を付していないファブリックコンディショナーベースで置き換えて、繰り返した。適用は、室温にて200rpmの振とうを20分間行い、その後、コットンパッドを絞り、ASE(加速溶媒抽出器)抽出するという単一サイクルである。
コットンパッド抽出物中のδ-ダマスコンおよびその前駆体の定量化は、CH3CN中の標準物質の外部校正(0.3~20ppm)を用いたHPLC-UVによって行った。結果を以下の表に示す。
24時間ラインドライ後、前駆体から送達されるδ-ダマスコンの量は、遊離δ-ダマスコンを使用した場合をわずかに超えた。概して、ウェットファブリックにおける結合したおよび前駆体から送達される遊離δ-ダマスコンの量は、遊離δ-ダマスコンを使用する場合よりも2.6倍高く、ドライファブリックにおいてよりも、25倍大きい。結果は、遊離δ-ダマスコンおよび前駆体の組み合わせが有利な効果をもたらすことも示唆する。
Claims (11)
- 混合物が、式(I)で表される化合物および式(II)で表される化合物を、1:40~40:1の比率で含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の混合物。
- 式(I)で表される化合物が、エチルS-(4-オキソ-4-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタン-2-イル)システイナートであり、式(III)で表される化合物が、エチルN,S-ビス(4-オキソ-4-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタン-2-イル)システイナートであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の混合物。
- 式(IV)で表される化合物が、エチルN-(4-オキソ-4-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタ-2-エン-2-イル)-S-(4-オキソ-4-(2’,6’,6’-トリメチルシクロヘキサ-3’-エン-1’-イル)ブタン-2-イル)システイナートである、請求項5に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1に定義された式(I)で表される化合物または請求項2~6のいずれか一項に定義された混合物、および消費者製品ベースを含む消費者製品。
- 消費者製品が、食品製品、経口ケア製品、タバコ製品、菓子または医薬ではない、請求項9に記載の製品。
- 消費者製品が、洗浄剤またはファブリックコンディショナーである、請求項10に記載の製品。
