Abstract
Description
-短い作業ウィンドウ。反応性がより高く、硬化速度が速いため、作業ウィンドウが短くなり、つまり、接着剤のパッケージを開いた後、作業者は接着剤をできるだけ早く使用する必要がある。場合によっては、そのような短い作業ウィンドウに対応するために、新しい機器および作業プロセスの再設計に追加の投資が必要になるであろう。
-高コスト。ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(MDI)またはヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート(HDI)系ポリイソシアネート原料は、PF/ME/UF系接着剤パッケージよりも高価である。
(a)アクリルポリマーの水性エマルジョンと、
(b)1つ以上のエポキシ化合物分散液またはアクリル-エポキシハイブリッド分散液と、
(c)ポリアミン、ポリアミド、アミドアミン、カルボン酸官能性ポリエステル、カルボン酸官能性ポリアクリレート、無水物、メルカプタン、ポリメルカプタン、環状アミジン、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの水溶性、水乳化性、または水分散性エポキシ硬化剤と、
(d)水性連続相と、を含む、ホルムアルデヒド不含接着剤組成物を提供し、
ここで、該アクリルポリマーは、少なくとも1つの接着促進官能基を担持する1つ以上のエチレン性不飽和モノマーの少なくとも1つの構造単位を有し、該アクリルポリマーは、-40℃~15℃のガラス転移温度を有する。

(b)2層以上の木材を提供することと、
(c)ホルムアルデヒド不含接着剤組成物を、該2層以上の木材のうちの1つまたは2つの表面上に適用することと、
(d)2層以上の木材を重ね、重ねた2層以上の木材を室温でプレスすることと、
(e)重ねた2層以上の木材を50~200℃の高温でプレスすることと、を含む、合板を生成するための方法を提供する。

(b)2層以上の木材を提供することと、
(c)ホルムアルデヒド不含接着剤組成物を、該2層以上の木材のうちの1つまたは2つの表面上に適用することと、
(d)2層以上の木材を重ね、重ねた2層以上の木材を室温でプレスすることと、
(e)重ねた2層以上の木材を50~200℃の高温でプレスすることと、を含む、合板を生成するための方法を提供する。
10グラムのエマルジョンをプラスチック皿に入れ、室温で24時間乾燥させた。次に、得られたフィルムを50℃に48時間供して、フィルムをさらに乾燥させた。フィルムの小片を切り取り、密封されたTA Instrumentsの標準アルミニウム密閉パンに入れた。試料を10℃/分の昇温速度で-60℃~100℃の2サイクルに供した。ポリマーのガラス転移温度を、変曲の中間点で半高法を使用して測定する。
合板の最も重要な要件の1つは、耐水性である。中国のコードGB/T18259-2009によると、クラスIの合板は、沸騰水試験に合格する必要がある。中国のコードGB/T17657-2013に従って、詳細な試験方法を以下に記載する。
1)6つの試験試料(75mm*75mm)を合板試料(300mm*300mm)から切り取った。
2)試験試料を沸騰水に4時間浸した。
3)次に、沸騰水から試験試料を取り出し、オーブン(63℃)に入れて、20時間乾燥させた。
4)次に、乾燥した試験試料を沸騰水にさらに4時間浸した。
5)試験試料を取り出し、オーブン(63℃)に入れて、3時間乾燥させた。
6)次に、異なる層間の界面を注意深く観察した。各試料の各層の剥ぎ取り長さは、25mm未満でなければならない。
アクリルエマルジョン、エポキシまたはアクリル-エポキシハイブリッド分散液、および水を配合に従って混合し、消泡剤も添加した。充填剤を添加し、攪拌によって分散させた。レオロジー調整剤を添加して、粘度を約20000cp(ブルックフィールド、5#、30rpm)に調整した。硬化剤を添加し、攪拌によって分散させた。添加剤(存在する場合)を添加する場合がある。接着剤組成物はすぐに使用できた。上の成分およびそれらの量を以下の表2に列記した。
IE-4試料をWood Products Quality Test&Inspection Center of State Forestry Administration(Nanjing,China)に運び、ホルムアルデヒド値を評価した。ホルムアルデヒド値は検出できず、ホルムアルデヒドを含まないという概念が証明された。
接着剤の性能に役立つであろうアクリルラテックスの要因をさらに研究するために、一連の比較作業が行われた。比較作業を行うためにIE-4の配合物を使用した。最初に、アクリルラテックスのTg(ガラス転移温度)を調べた。ラテックスが高いTgを有する場合、配合物は、室温で粘着性を失った。それは、木材層が最初に一つに接合され得ないというコールドプレス問題を引き起こした。ラテックスが非常に低いTgを有する場合、配合物は、最終的な接着の問題を引き起こすであろう凝集性能が不足することになる。
Claims (9)
- ホルムアルデヒド不含接着剤組成物であって、
(a)アクリルポリマーの水性エマルジョンと、
(b)1つ以上のエポキシ化合物分散液またはアクリル-エポキシハイブリッド分散液と、
(c)ポリアミン、ポリアミド、アミドアミン、カルボン酸官能性ポリエステル、カルボン酸官能性ポリアクリレート、無水物、メルカプタン、ポリメルカプタン、環状アミジン、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの水溶性、水乳化性、または水分散性エポキシ硬化剤と、
(d)水性連続相と、を含み、
前記アクリルポリマーが、少なくとも1つの接着促進官能基を担持する1つ以上のエチレン性不飽和モノマーの少なくとも1つの構造単位を有し、前記アクリルポリマーが、-40℃~15℃のガラス転移温度を有する、ホルムアルデヒド不含接着剤組成物。 - 前記接着促進官能基が、ウレイド、アルコキシシラン、ニトリル、ヒドロキシル、およびリン基からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリルポリマーが、-40℃~10℃のガラス転移温度を有する、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記1つ以上のエポキシ化合物分散液が、脂環式エポキシ樹脂分散液、および芳香族エポキシ樹脂分散液からなる群から独立して選択される、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記アクリル-エポキシハイブリッド分散液が、エポキシ化合物分散液をアクリレート分散液と混合して、エポキシで完全に吸収されたアクリル粒子を有するアクリル/エポキシラテックスを形成することによって調製される、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記接着剤組成物が、充填剤、消泡剤、レオロジー調整剤、および添加剤のうちの1つ以上をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。
- 前記接着剤組成物が、以下の成分:
1)10~70%のアクリルポリマーの水性エマルジョンと、
2)3~70%の1つ以上のエポキシ化合物分散液またはアクリル-エポキシハイブリッド分散液と、
3)0~75%の充填剤と、
4)0.1~2%の消泡剤と、
5)0.1~2%のレオロジー調整剤と、
6)0.5~20%の少なくとも1つの水溶性、水乳化性、または水分散性エポキシ硬化剤と、
7)0~5%の添加剤と、
8)水と、を含み、
上のパーセンテージが、前記接着剤組成物の総固形分重量に基づいて計算される、請求項1に記載の接着剤組成物。 - 以下のステップ:
(a)請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のホルムアルデヒド不含接着剤組成物を提供することと、
(b)2層以上の木材を提供することと、
(c)前記ホルムアルデヒド不含接着剤組成物を、前記2層以上の木材のうちの1つまたは2つの表面上に適用することと、
(d)2層以上の木材を重ね、前記重ねた2層以上の木材を室温でプレスすることと、
(e)前記重ねた2層以上の木材を50~200℃の高温でプレスすることと、を含む、合板を生成するための方法。 - 請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のホルムアルデヒド不含接着剤組成物によって得られる、合板。
