Claims (25)
- ドライブピンと、
長手方向軸を定義する外側シャフトと、
前記外側管に枢動可能に接続された第1のジョーであって、第1のジョーがその近位部分に配置された第1のセットのフランジを含み、前記第1のセットのフランジの各フランジが前記ドライブピンを受け入れるトラックを含む第1のジョーと、
前記外側シャフトに接続された第2のジョーと、
前記外側シャフト内に配置され、前記長手方向軸に沿って延びる内側シャフトと、
前記内側シャフトに結合され、前記内側シャフトから遠位方向に延びるドライブバーであって、
前記内側シャフトの遠位部分から延在し、前記第1のセットのフランジの横内側方に配置されて、前記ドライブピンが固定可能な1対のドライブバーストラットを含み、ここで前記ドライブバーは前記外側シャフト内で並進可能であり、前記ドライブピンを前記第1のセットのトラックに沿って駆動して、前記第1のジョーを前記第2のジョーに対して開位置と閉位置との間で移動させる、ドライブバーと、を備える、
外科用鉗子。 - 前記1対のドライブバーストラットの各ドライブバーストラットが、前記ドライブピンを受け入れるように構成された開口部を含み、ここで前記開口部は前記内側シャフトの前記外面の横内側方に配置される、請求項1に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記ドライブバーが、前記開口部の近位に配置された第1の対の軸方向トラックを含み、前記第1の対の軸方向トラックはガイドをその中に受け入れるように配置され、前記ガイドは前記外側シャフトに固定される、請求項2に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 内側シャフトが第2の対の軸方向トラックを含み、前記第2の対の軸方向トラックは、前記第1の対の軸方向トラックと整合され、その中に前記ガイドを受け入れるように配置される、請求項3に記載の外科用鉗子。

- 前記内側シャフト及び前記ドライブバー内に配置されたブレードを更に含み、前記ブレードが、前記長手方向軸に沿って延在し、前記第1のセットのフランジと前記第2のセットのフランジとの間で伸長するように並進可能であり、前記ドライブピンを受け入れるように構成されたトラックを含んでいる、請求項5に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記内側シャフト及び前記ドライブバー内に配置されたブレードを含み、ここで前記ブレードの第1の縁及び前記ブレードの第2の縁が前記ドライブバーと接触しない、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記内側シャフト及び前記ドライブバー内に配置されたブレードを更に含み、ここで前記ブレードの第1の面及び前記ブレードの第2の面が前記ドライブバーと接触しない、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記ドライブバーストラットのそれぞれが、L字形プレートを形成する前記ドライブバーストラットの前記第1の縁から延びる突起を含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ドライブバーストラットが、ブレードチャネルを規定する表面から延びる突起を含み、その結果、前記突起が前記ブレードチャネル内に延在する、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記ドライブバーストラットのそれぞれが、前記ブレードチャネルを規定する前記表面から延びる前記突起を含み、ここで前記ドライブバーストラットがHビームを形成し、その結果、前記ドライブバーストラットのそれぞれの前記突起がブレードの軸方向トラックに延びる、請求項10に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記対のドライブバーストラットが、第1のブレードチャネル表面を有する第1のドライブバーストラットと、第2のブレードチャネル表面を有する第2のドライブバーストラットとを含み、ここで前記第1のドライブバーストラット及び前記第2のドライブバーストラットは別々に前記内側シャフトに結合される、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記第1のドライブバーストラット及び前記第2のドライブバーストラットが一緒に結合されない、請求項12に記載の外科用鉗子。
- ドライブピンと、
長手方向軸に沿って延在する外側シャフトと、
前記外側シャフトに対して枢動可能な第1のジョーであって、第1のセットのフランジを含み、各第1のフランジが前記ドライブピンを受け入れる第1のトラックを含む第1のジョーと、
前記外側シャフトに接続された第2のジョーと、
前記外側シャフト内に配置されて前記長手方向軸に沿って延びる内側シャフトと、
前記内側シャフトに結合され、前記内側シャフトから遠位方向に延びるドライブバーであって、
前記内側シャフトから延在し、前記内側シャフトに別々に結合された第1のドライブバーストラット、及び、
前記内側シャフトから延在し、前記内側シャフトに別々に結合された第2のドライブバーストラットを含み、前記ドライブピンが前記第1及び第2のドライブバーに接続され、前記ドライブバーが前記外側シャフト内で並進可能であり、前記ドライブピンを前記第1のセットのトラックに沿って並進させて、前記第1のジョーを前記第2のジョーに対して開位置と閉位置との間で移動させる、ドライブバーと、を備える、
外科用鉗子。 - 前記第2のジョーが前記外側管に枢動可能に接続され、ここで前記第2のジョーが前記第2のジョーの近位部分に配置された第2のセットのフランジを含み、前記第2のセットのフランジの各フランジが前記ドライブピンを受け入れるための第2のトラックを含み、ここで前記ドライブバーが前記外側シャフト内で並進可能であり、前記ピンを前記第1のセットのトラック及び前記第2のセットのトラックに沿って駆動して、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーを開位置と閉位置との間で動かす、請求項14に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記ドライブバーが前記第1のセットのフランジ及び前記第2のセットのフランジから横内側方に配置される、請求項15に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記内側シャフトと前記ドライブバー内に配置されたブレードであって、前記長手方向軸に沿って延在し、前記第1のセットのフランジと第2のセットのフランジとの間で伸長するように並進可能であり、前記ドライブピンを受け入れるように構成されたトラックを含むブレード、を更に含む、請求項15に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記長手方向軸に沿って延在し、前記第1と第2のジョーの間で伸長するように並進可能なブレードであって、前記第1のドライブバーストラット及び前記第2のドライブバーストラットから横内側方に配置されるブレード、を更に含む、請求項14~17のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記ブレードの第1の縁及び前記第1の縁の反対側の前記ブレードの第2の縁は、前記第1のドライブバーストラットの一部分及び前記第2のドライブバーストラットの一部分によって覆われていない、請求項18に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記ブレードの前記第1の縁及び前記ブレードの前記第2の縁が前記ドライブバーに接触しない、請求項18に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記ブレードの第1の面及び前記ブレードの第2の面が前記ドライブバーに接触しない、請求項18に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記第1のドライブバーストラットが前記第2のドライブバーストラットから独立しており、前記第2のドライブバーストラットに接触しない、請求項14~21のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- ドライブピンと、
長手方向軸を定義する外側シャフトと、
