Claims (5)
- 一対のジョー(22)を有する第1のロッド(24)と、一端にブレード(32)が接続された第2のロッド(34)と、前記第1及び第2のロッド(24、34)を移動自在に配置可能な中空状の管(12)と、を有するスタイレット(10)と、
前記スタイレット(10)の他端側に設けられ、前記一対のジョー(22)と前記管(12)との間で相対的な進退動作を生じさせるための第1のレバー(66)と、前記ブレード(32)と前記管(12)との間で相対的な進退動作を生じさせるための第2のレバー(67)と、前記スタイレット(10)に回転動作を生じさせるための回転ホイール(82)と、を有するハンドピース(50)と、
を備えており、
前記ハンドピース(50)を構成するハウジング構造体(52)内には、
前記スタイレット(10)及び前記回転ホイール(82)に連結され、前記回転ホイール(82)の回転運動を前記スタイレット(10)に伝達可能な第1の操作ブロック(62)と、
前記スタイレット(10)及び前記第1のレバー(66)に連結され、前記第1のレバー(66)の進退動作を前記スタイレット(10)に伝達可能な第2の操作ブロック(63)と、
進退動作をガイドするためのガイドリッジ(77)と、
前記第2のレバー(67)との連結部を備え、前記第2のレバー(67)の進退動作に伴い前記ガイドリッジ(77)に沿って進退動作するシャトル(72)であって、前記ガイドリッジ(77)が、前記シャトル(72)を軸方向に移動しかつ前記シャトル(72)の回転を制限することを可能にする、シャトル(72)と、
前記第2のロッド(34)の基端部に設けられるとともにソケット(74)によって前記シャトル(72)に対して回動可能に係止され、前記シャトル(72)の進退動作を前記第2のロッド(34)に伝達するベアリングフィッティング(64)であって、前記ソケット(74)が前記シャトル(72)に収容され、かつ前記ソケット(74)が前記ベアリングフィッティング(64)の上から嵌合する、ベアリングフィッティング(64)と、
が配置され、
前記回転ホイール(82)の回転操作に応じて前記スタイレット(10)が回転され、
前記第1のレバー(66)の操作に応じて前記ジョー(22)と前記管(12)との間に相対的な進退動作が生じ、前記スタイレット(10)の回転された任意の位置で前記第2のレバー(67)の操作に応じて前記ブレード(32)が進退し、
前記ブレード(32)は切断工具であり、かつ前記ブレード(32)は前記一対のジョー(22)の間の間隙内に貫入可能であることを特徴とする鉗子(2)。 - 前記シャトル(72)には移動ピン(76)が突設され、
前記第2のレバー(67)は、ピボット(79)を中心に回動するアーム(69)を有しており、当該アーム(69)には前記移動ピン(76)を受容するカムスロット(70)が設けられ、
前記アーム(69)の動作に応じて前記移動ピン(76)が前記カムスロット(70)内を移動することによって、前記シャトル(72)が前記ガイドリッジ(77)に沿った進退運動をすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉗子(2)。 - 前記第1のレバー(66)は、ピボット(79)を中心に回動するカムフィンガ(68)を有し、
前記第1のレバー(66)の動作に応じて前記カムフィンガ(68)が移動することによって、前記一対のジョー(24)と前記管(12)とが相対的な進退運動をすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉗子(2)。 - 前記スタイレット(10)は、遠位端と近位端とを有し、かつ第1のロッド(24)および第2のロッド(34)のそれぞれが、遠位端および近位端領域を有し、
前記近位端領域は前記スタイレット(10)の前記近位端から伸長し;
前記ハウジング構造体(52)は、前記スタイレット(10)が組み立て方向(200)に沿って前記ハンドピース(50)内に留置されることによって組み立てられるように、前記スタイレット(10)の前記近位端領域を収納する空洞を画成し;かつ、
前記第1のレバー(66)および前記第2のレバー(67)は、
1)前記スタイレットが前記第1のレバー(66)および前記第2のレバー(67)越しに前記ハンドピース(50)内に留置され得るように前記スタイレット(10)の前に前記組み立て方向(200)に沿って前記ハンドピース(50)内に留置されること、または、
2)前記第1のレバー(66)および前記第2のレバー(67)が前記スタイレット(10)にわたって前記ハンドピース(50)内に留置されるように前記スタイレット(10)の後に前記組み立て方向(200)に沿って前記ハンドピース(50)内に留置され、前記第1のレバー(66)および前記第2のレバー(67)が前記スタイレット(10)と連通すること、
によって組み立てられるように構成される、請求項1に記載の鉗子(2)。 - 前記組み立て方向(200)は、前記ハンドピース(50)を2等分する平面(100)に垂直であり、前記平面(100)は前記ハウジング構造体(52)の底部分と前記ハウジング構造体(52)の頂部分とを形成する請求項4に記載の鉗子(2)。
