Abstract
【解決手段】電気手術器具の場合、ツール(16)が設けられ、この操作のためには、少なくとも1つの、好ましくは2つのプル/スラスト要素(39、40)と、摺動要素(56)とが必要とされる。摺動要素(56)はプル/スラスト要素(39)とスラスト軸受との間に保持され、ここで、スラスト軸受は更なるプル/スラスト要素(40)を用いて形成されてもよい。この配置は、摺動要素が始動されるのはプル/スラスト要素にしっかりと張力がかけられている場合のみでなければならない、という事実を利用する。プル/スラスト要素において摺動要素を案内するというこの概念は、長いシャフトを含む器具の単純な設計を提供し、この設計においては、摺動要素を横方向に補強するための別個の措置が講じられる必要はない。

Claims (15)
- 摺動する様態で移動させられ得るブレード(29)と、第1及び第2の枝(17、18)とを包含するツール(16)であって、前記第1及び第2の枝(17、18)のうちの少なくとも前記第1の枝(17)は枢動可能に移動可能であるように支持される、ツール(16)を備え、
直線状に形成され、かつ遠位端(15)を有する細長いシャフト(13)であって、前記遠位端(15)において前記ツール(16)が保持される、細長いシャフト(13)を備え、
前記枝(17、18)を閉鎖させるように前記枝(17、18)のうちの1つに割り当てられるプル/スラスト要素(39、40)であって、前記プル/スラスト要素(39、40)は前記シャフト(13)を通って長手方向に延在する、プル/スラスト要素(39、40)を備え、
前記シャフト(13)を通して前記プル/スラスト要素(39、40)とスラスト軸受との間に延在する、摺動要素(56)を備える、
手術器具。 - 前記スラスト軸受は前記シャフト(13)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第1及び第2の枝(17、18)の両方は枢動可能に移動可能であるように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の手術器具。
- プル/スラスト要素(39、40)は、各々について、2つの前記枝(17、18)に割り当てられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の手術器具。
- 前記スラスト軸受は、第2のプル/スラスト要素(40)によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の手術器具。
- 第1のプル/スラスト要素(39)は、ワイヤ又はストリップ形状の要素、帯であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記第2のプル/スラスト要素(40)は、ワイヤ又はストリップ形状の要素、帯であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の手術器具。
- 前記摺動要素(56)は前記プル/スラスト要素(39、40)の間に、それらに寄りかかるように保持され、前記プル/スラスト要素(39、40)は前記摺動要素(56)の平坦な側面に寄りかかることを特徴とする、請求項5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記シャフト(13)はプラスチックから作られることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記シャフト(13)は、長手方向に延在する円錐形のチャネルを包含することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記摺動要素(56)は前記ブレード(29)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ブレード(29)は、ベース部分(32)内を直線的に移動可能であるように案内されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ベース部分(32)はプラスチックから作られることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の手術器具。
- 前記枝(17、18)は前記ベース部分(32)上に支持されることを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載の手術器具。
- 前記ベース部分(32)は前記シャフト(13)に対して所定の位置にロックされることを特徴とする、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具。
