Claims (12)
- 第1のブランチ(20a)および第2のブランチ(20b)を備えた第1の工具(16)を備える手術器具(10)であって、前記ブランチ(20a、20b)の少なくとも1つは、枢動可能に可動であるように支持され、前記手術器具は、前記第1の工具(16)が保持される遠位端(15)を有するシャフト(13)を備え、前記ブランチ(20a、20b)を閉じるために、前記少なくとも1つの枢動可能に可動に支持されたブランチ(20a、20b)と結合構造(46、65a、65b、66a、66b)を介して結合されたプル/プッシュ要素(50)を備える、手術器具において、
前記プル/プッシュ要素(50)と前記枢動可能に可動に支持されたブランチ(20a、20b)との間の前記結合構造は、作動ピン(46)および摺動リンクトラック(65a、65b;66a、66b)を備え、前記枢動可能に可動に支持されたブランチと前記プル/プッシュ要素(50)を結合するための前記作動ピン(46)は、前記作動ピン(46)によって回転可能に支持されたスリーブ(70)を介して前記摺動リンクトラックと係合状態にあり、
前記スリーブは、閉鎖されている底部を有する、手術器具。 - 前記作動ピン(46)は、円錐状にテーパであり、前記スリーブ(70)が、内側で円錐状にテーパである、請求項1に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記スリーブ(70)と前記作動ピン(46)との間に、前記スリーブ(70)および/または前記作動ピン(46)のコーティング(74)が実施される、請求項1または2に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記摺動リンクトラック(65a、65b;66a、66b)と前記作動ピン(46)との間に、固体、液体、またはペーストのような潤滑剤は全く作用しない、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記第1のブランチ(20a)および前記第2のブランチ(20b)は、枢動可能に可動であるように支持され、前記プル/プッシュ要素(50)の遠位端上には、結合要素(51)が設けられ、前記結合要素(51)の対向する側壁(56a、56b)上にはそれぞれ、前記結合構造(65a、65b)を有し、前記結合構造の一方(65a、66a)は、前記第1のブランチおよび前記第2のブランチの一方のブランチ(20a)と係合状態にあり、前記結合構造の他方(65b、66b)は、前記第1のブランチおよび前記第2のブランチの他方のブランチ(20b)と係合状態にあり、前記結合要素(51)は、前記側壁間に、別の工具(17)が前記結合構造の一方および他方間に配置されるか、前記シャフトの長手方向に摺動可能に案内される、受け入れ空間(58)を画定する、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記摺動リンクトラック(65a、65b;66a、66b)は、少なくとも1つの屈曲部(67a、67b;68a、68b)を有するため、前記枢動可能なブランチ(20a、20b)への前記プル/プッシュ要素(50)からの運動の伝達は、完全な開位置から閉位置への進行運動中に連続的に起こる、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記結合構造は、前記枢動可能に可動に支持されたブランチ(20a、20b)と前記プル/プッシュ要素を結合するために、底部を有する溝(61a、61b)として設けられ、前記溝を区切る対向する壁面が、前記摺動リンクトラック(65a、65b;66a、66b)を形成する、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記摺動リンクトラック(65a、65b;66a、66b)は、前記結合要素(51)上に形成され、前記作動ピン(46)は、前記枢動可能に可動であるブランチ(20a、20b)上に形成される、請求項5に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記枢動可能に可動に支持されたブランチ(20a、20b)は、支承ピン(45)によって前記シャフト(13)上に枢動可能に支持される、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記第1のブランチ(20a)および前記第2のブランチ(20b)は、枢動可能に可動であるように前記シャフト(13)によって支持され、前記第1のブランチおよび前記第2のブランチの枢動軸は、互いに対してずらされている、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記枢動可能に可動に支持されたブランチ(20a、20b)の近位端は、前記シャフト(13)内または前記シャフト上に配置されたチャネル(41)内で案内される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
- 前記第1のブランチ(20a)および前記第2のブランチ(20b)はそれぞれ、前記第1のブランチ(20a)および前記第2のブランチ(20b)をRF発電機(18)に接続するための電気接続(23a)を有する、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の手術器具(10)。
