Description
本出願は、2019年3月29日に出願された「BLADE ASSEMBLY FOR FORCEPS」と題する米国特許出願第62/826,532号の優先権を主張し、その開示は、参照によりその全体が組み込まれる。

Claims (13)
- ドライブピンと、
長手方向軸を定義する外側管と、
前記外側管に枢動可能に接続された第1のジョーであって、第1のジョーの近位部分に配置された第1の1対のフランジを含み、各フランジが前記ドライブピンを受け入れるトラックを含む第1のジョーと、
前記外側管に接続された第2のジョーであって、第2のジョーの近位部分に配置された第2の1対のフランジを含み、各フランジが前記ドライブピンを受け入れる第2のトラックを含む第2のジョーと、
前記外側管内に配置され、前記長手方向軸に沿って延びる内側管であって、内側管の遠位部分から延びる1対のアームを含み、前記ドライブピンは前記1対のアームに固定可能であり、内側管は、前記外側管内を並進可能であって前記ドライブピンを前記トラックに沿って駆動し、前記第2のジョーを開位置と閉位置の間で移動させる、内側管と、を備え、

前記内側管の両側面に形成された1対の軸方向トラックであって、前記外側管に固定されるガイドをその中に受け入れるように配置される1対の軸方向トラックを含む、

- 前記内側管が前記外側管内で並進可能であり、前記ドライブピンを前記トラック及び前記第2のトラックに沿って駆動して、前記第2のジョーを開位置と閉位置との間で移動させる、請求項1に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記1対のアームが前記第1の1対のフランジの横外側方に配置される、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記内側管内に配置され、前記長手方向軸に平行に延びるブレードであって、前記第1の1対のフランジの間を伸長するように並進可能であるブレードを更に備える、
請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。 - 前記ブレードは、前記長手方向軸からオフセットされ、前記内側管を通って軸方向に延在する、請求項5に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記ブレードが、前記第1の1対のフランジ及び前記第2の1対のフランジの横内側方の位置で前記第1の1対のフランジを通って軸方向に延在する、請求項6に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記内側管が前記外側管内で並進可能であり、前記ドライブピンを前記トラック及び前記第2のトラックに沿って駆動して、前記第2のジョーを開位置と閉位置との間で移動させ、
前記第1のジョーが部分的に閉位置にあるとき、前記ブレードは、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーの中に部分的に伸長し、
前記第1のジョーが完全な閉位置にあるとき、前記ブレードは、前記第1のジョー及び前記第2のジョーの中に完全に伸長する、
請求項7に記載の外科用鉗子。 - 前記第1の1対のフランジが前記第2の1対のフランジとインターレースされる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記第1の1対のフランジが前記第2の1対のフランジの横内側方に配置される、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記第1のジョーが前記長手方向軸に対して湾曲される、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。
- 前記第1の1対のフランジ及び前記第2の1対のフランジの横内側方の位置に、前記第1の1対のフランジ及び前記第2の1対のフランジを通って軸方向に延びる1対のワイヤを更に備える、
請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の外科用鉗子。 - 前記内側管が前記外側管に対して並進するとき、前記内側管は前記ガイドに対して移動可能であり、前記1対の軸方向トラックのそれぞれの近位部分は前記ガイドと係合可能であり、前記外側管に対する前記内側管の遠位の並進を制限する、請求項1に記載の外科用鉗子。
