Abstract
Description
本出願は、2019年3月25日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/823,390号の優先権を主張し、この内容はその全体が参照によって本明細書に組み込まれる。
本開示はポリフェノール化学製造物およびプロセスに関する。

Claims (18)
- ブドウ房からフラバン-3-オールを抽出するための方法であって、以下の工程を含む方法:
i.前記ブドウ房を水に加えてスラリーを形成する工程であって、前記水が室温超の温度である、工程;
ii.前記スラリーをデカンターに加えて、固体を分離して粗抽出物を形成する工程;
iii.前記抽出物を冷却し、かつ前記冷却された抽出物を酵素で処理する工程;
iv.酸を加えて酸性にされた抽出物を形成する工程;
v.前記抽出物の中に存在する高分子を沈殿させるのに十分な時間、前記酸性にされた抽出物を冷却する工程;
vi.前記抽出物を濾過して、清浄にされた抽出物を生じさせる工程;および
vii.前記濾過された抽出物を精製する工程。 - 前記ブドウ房が細断される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スラリーが室温超の温度で形成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記酵素がペクチン分解酵素である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記精製する工程が、吸着-溶出クロマトグラフィーを使用して行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記吸着-溶出クロマトグラフィーが、XAD-7HPカラム上で行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ブドウ房からフラバン-3-オールを連続抽出するための方法であって、前記方法が以下の工程を含む方法:
i.前記ブドウ房を細断する工程;
ii.前記細断されたブドウ房を水に加えて、スラリーを形成するために前記水が室温超の温度である工程;
iii.前記スラリーを、固体を分離するデカンターに加えて、粗抽出物を形成する工程;
iv.前記抽出物を冷却し、かつ前記冷却された抽出物をペクチン分解酵素で処理する工程;
v.酸を加えて酸性にされた抽出物を形成する工程;
vi.前記抽出物の中に存在する高分子を沈殿させるのに十分な時間、前記酸性にされた抽出物を冷却する工程;
vii.前記抽出物を濾過して、清浄にされた抽出物を生じさせる工程;および
viii.前記濾過された抽出物を、吸着-溶出クロマトグラフィーを使用してXAD-7HPカラム上で精製する工程。 - 約70%の量のモノマー/オリゴマーおよび約30%の量のポリマーを含む、90%超の全フェノール含有量(GAE、重量%、乾燥量基準)を有するポリフェノール組成物であって、前記モノマー/オリゴマーの内訳が33.2%のモノマー、6.9%のダイマー、10.6%のトリマー、9.0%のテトラマーおよび10.6%のペンタマーである、ポリフェノール組成物。
- 前記組成物が栄養補助食品へ処方される、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、栄養補給食品、食品製造物および/または飲料製造物である、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 医薬品の剤形が、カプセル、錠剤、粉体、溶液、ゲル、懸濁液、クリーム、ペースト、ゲル、坐薬または経皮貼布を含む、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記モノマーがフラバン-3-オールである、請求項8に記載の組成物。
- 前記フラバン-3-オールが、エピカテキン、カテキン、エピカテキン-3-O-ガレートおよびエピガロカテキンである、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記フラバン-3-オールがエピカテキンである、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記フラバン-3-オールがカテキンである、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記フラバン-3-オールがエピカテキン-3-O-ガレートである、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 前記フラバン-3-オールがエピガロカテキンである、請求項12に記載の組成物。
- 経口投与に適している、請求項8に記載の組成物。
