Claims (15)
- シート(sheet)と湾入した形状を有する湾入部Iが形成された金型とを準備する第1段階、
前記シートの一部が前記金型の前記湾入部Iと向かい合うように前記シートを配置する第2段階、及び
前記金型の側部から前記湾入部Iに向かって流体を供給し、前記シートのうち前記湾入部I上に備えられた領域に、前記湾入部Iに対応する形状を有する成形部を形成する第3段階、を含む、二次電池用外装材の製造方法。 - 前記第1段階で、
前記金型は、第1金型及び前記第1金型の上部に備えられる第2金型を含み、
前記第2段階で、
前記シートのうち一部が前記第1金型及び前記第2金型の間に備えられ、前記第1金型の前記湾入部Iと前記第2金型の前記湾入部Iが互いに向かい合うように備えられる、請求項1に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造方法。 - 前記第2段階で、
前記シートが折り畳まれたことで、前記シートは、折り畳まれた領域を境界に第1シート部及び第2シート部に分割された状態で前記第1金型及び前記第2金型の間に配置され、
前記第3段階で、
前記流体は、前記第1シート部と前記第2シート部の間に流入される、請求項2に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造方法。 - 前記流体は、空気又は前記シートと反応しない液体である、請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造方法。
- 前記第3段階で、
前記第1金型のうち前記第1金型の前記湾入部Iの周囲部と、前記第2金型のうち前記第2金型の前記湾入部Iの前記周囲部とが互いに加圧され、前記第1金型の前記湾入部Iと前記第2金型の前記湾入部Iが互いに向かい合うことで形成される内部空間が外部から密封される、請求項2に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造方法。 - 前記第2段階で、
前記湾入部Iのうち一部領域は前記シートと向かい合い、前記湾入部Iのうち残部領域は前記シートと向かい合わないように前記シートを配置する、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造方法。 - 前記第3段階で、
前記シートのうち前記湾入部Iと向かい合う領域が供給された前記流体により延伸されることで、前記湾入部Iのうち前記第2段階で前記シートと向かい合わなかった領域のうち少なくとも一部が前記シートと向かい合う、請求項6に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造方法。 - 湾入した形状を有する湾入部Iが形成された金型、及び
前記湾入部Iに向かって流体を供給する流体供給装置、を含み、
前記流体供給装置は、
前記金型の側部から前記湾入部I方向に延長されて形成され、前記流体が流動する経路を提供するダクト(duct)部、を含む、二次電池用外装材の製造装置。 - 前記金型は、第1金型及び第2金型を含み、
前記第1金型及び前記第2金型にはそれぞれ一つ以上の溝が形成され、
前記第1金型の前記湾入部Iと前記第2金型の前記湾入部Iは互いに向かい合うように備えられ、
前記第1金型の前記溝及び前記第2金型の前記溝は互いに向かい合うように備えられ、
前記第1金型の前記溝及び前記第2金型の前記溝が互いに向かい合うことで形成されるホールに前記ダクト部が挿入される、請求項8に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造装置。 - 前記ダクト部は、前記第1金型の前記湾入部I及び前記第2金型の前記湾入部Iまで延長される、請求項9に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造装置。
- 前記ダクト部は、前記第1金型の前記溝及び前記第2金型の前記溝まで延長される、請求項9に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造装置。
- 前記第1金型の前記溝及び前記第2金型の前記溝が互いに向かい合うことで形成される前記ホールは複数に形成される、請求項9~11の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造装置。
- 前記第1金型の前記溝及び前記第2金型の前記溝が互いに向かい合うことで形成される前記ホールの垂直断面は、円形、楕円形又は矩形を有する、請求項9~12の何れか一項に記載の二次電池用外装材の製造装置。
- 所定の厚さ(t)を有して内部に空間が形成される成形部、及び
前記成形部の周囲に形成される密封部、を含み、
前記密封部は2枚のシートが全領域で互いに接着された構造を有し、
前記密封部は前記成形部の一側面から所定の長さ(L)だけ離隔されている、二次電池用外装材。 - 前記成形部の周囲は4つの側面で構成され、
前記密封部は前記成形部の前記4つの側面のうち3つの側面に沿って形成され、
前記密封部は前記成形部の前記4つの側面のうち前記密封部が形成されていない一側面から所定の長さ(L)だけ離隔されている、請求項14に記載の二次電池用外装材。
