Claims (20)
- 細胞を分離する方法であって、
(a)細胞分離システムの消化領域において、所定量の生体由来材料および所定量の消化培地を攪拌することにより、所定量の消化済生体由来材料を形成するステップと、
(b)前記消化済生体由来材料を、約500G~約1000Gの力で約5分~約10分間遠心分離することにより、前記消化済生体由来材料を複数成分の濃縮細胞および複数成分の廃棄物に分離するステップと、
(c)フィルタの目よりも小さい直径を有することにより、細胞濃縮領域に到達できる前記濃縮細胞の成分を生成物リザーバに集めるステップと、
(d)ボウル内で前記消化領域から仕切られた廃棄物リザーバにおいて、前記フィルタの目よりも大きな直径を有し、かつ前記濃縮細胞と接触しない前記廃棄物の成分を分離するステップと、
(e)前記生成物リザーバから前記濃縮細胞を取り出すステップと、

ボウル内で前記消化領域から仕切られた廃棄物リザーバにおいて、前記フィルタの目よりも大きな直径を有し、かつ前記濃縮細胞と接触しない廃棄物の成分を分離し、
前記生成物リザーバから前記濃縮細胞を取り出すように構成されているシステム。 - 少なくとも攪拌および遠心分離を行う間に、第1のアセンブリの閉じ込め機構に対する回転を可能にするために、取付プレートに着脱可能に結合されている単層ボウルを含む前記第1のアセンブリを含む、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のアセンブリが前記閉じ込め機構に着脱可能に結合されており、加熱機構が前記閉じ込め機構に近接して配置されている、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つの前記遠心分離プログラムが実行されたときに、攪拌前または攪拌中の少なくとも一方の前記ボウルを約30℃~約40℃で加熱するようにさらに構成される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 細胞生成物が、前記単層ボウルの複数の前記細胞濃縮領域内の複数成分の前記濃縮細胞から前記生成物リザーバへの移送によって集められる、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のアセンブリが使い捨てである、請求項16に記載のシステム。
