Abstract

Se divulgan sistemas y métodos de separación de células. En una modalidad, el sistema de separación celular comprende un dispositivo de almacenamiento no transitorio que comprende una pluralidad de lógica asociada con programas de centrifugación, en donde la ejecución de un programa de centrifugación separa un volumen de células de un volumen de material biológico; un mecanismo de calentamiento acoplado eléctricamente a una fuente de energía; un mecanismo de contención; un conjunto acoplado de manera removible al mecanismo de contención, en donde el conjunto comprende: un cuenco de pared simple que comprende un depósito de producto, una pluralidad de áreas de concentración celular contenidas dentro del depósito de producto, un área de digestión, un depósito de residuos, y una columna central que comprende un tubo de acceso acoplado de forma removible al depósito de producto, una placa de montaje, y un mecanismo de alineación acoplado al cuenco para restringir el movimiento de la placa de montaje cuando el primer conjunto está acoplado al mecanismo de contención.
