Claims (14)
- 耐衝撃応力特性を備えた保護ガラス板であって、質量百分率で、SiO2:59~63.5%、Al2O3:11.5~16.5%、Na2O:11.5~15.5%、K2O:0.8~6%、MgO:4~8.5%、B2O3:0~1.0%、ZrO2:0%を含み、
0.3<T<2.0mm、0.5h≦t≦8hの場合、CSは、次の関係式
9.597Ln(t)+710≦CS≦-5.299t2+50.28t+765を満たし、
式中、Tは前記ガラス板の厚さを表し、単位はmmであり、tは化学強化時間を表し、単位はhであり、CSは化学強化作用によって生成された表面圧縮応力を表し、単位はMPaであることを特徴とする、保護ガラス板。 - 質量百分率でB2O3:0.2~0.7%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護ガラス板。
- ガラスの厚さが0.3≦T≦1.1mm、好ましくは0.6≦T≦0.9mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護ガラス板。
- 質量百分率で、SiO2:59.5~62.5%、Al2O3:13.1~16.5%、Na2O:12.5~14.8%、K2O:0.8~5.8%、MgO:5~7.5%、B2O3:0.2~0.7%、好ましくは、SiO2:59.8~61.6%、Al2O3:13.8~15.8%、Na2O:12.8~14.5%、K2O:4.5~5.8%、MgO:5.1~7.2%、B2O3:0.4~0.6%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護ガラス板。
- 強化温度が380℃~450℃であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護ガラス板。
- 前記ガラス板中のK2O/Al2O3の比は、0.5以下、好ましくは0.35以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の保護ガラス板。
- 前記ガラス板の破壊後の最大破片サイズは、長さ10~30mm、幅1~3mm、好ましくは長さ10~20mm、幅1~2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
- 耐衝撃応力特性を備えた保護ガラス板であって、質量百分率で、SiO2:59~63.5%、Al2O3:11.5~16.5%、Na2O:11.5~15.5%、K2O:0.8~6%、MgO:4~8.5%、B2O3:0~1.0%、ZrO2:0%を含み、

- 質量百分率で、SiO2:59.5~62.5%、Al2O3:13.1~16.5%、Na2O:12.5~14.8%、K2O:0.8~5.8%、MgO:5~7.5%、B2O3:0.2~0.7%、好ましくは、SiO2:59.8~61.6%、Al2O3:13.8~15.8%、Na2O:12.8~14.5%、K2O:4.5~5.8%、MgO:5.1~7.2%、B2O3:0.4~0.6%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の保護ガラス板。
- 強化温度が400℃~450℃、好ましくは420℃であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の保護ガラス板。
- 前記ガラス板中のK2O/Al2O3の比は、0.5以下、好ましくは0.35以下であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の保護ガラス板。
- 前記ガラス板の破壊後の最大破片サイズは、長さ10~30mm、幅1~3mm、好ましくは長さ10~20mm、幅1~2mmであることを特徴とする、請求項8~13のいずれか一項に記載のガラス板。
