Abstract
Description
目的物を収容する空間が設けられた金型105;
前記金型の空間を一軸加圧するパンチ104a、104b;
前記パンチの加圧反対方向の末端に備えられる通電制御部103a、103b;
前記通電制御部に接する電極部;及び、
前記電極部から延びて、前記金型を加熱するヒータ102;を含み、
前記金型及びパンチは、伝導体から構成される選択的通電焼結装置100を提供する。
Claims (9)
- 目的物を収容する空間が設けられた金型;
前記金型の空間を一軸加圧する第1及び第2パンチ;
前記各パンチの加圧反対方向の末端に備えられる通電制御部;
前記通電制御部に接する電極部;及び、
前記電極部から延びて、前記金型を加熱するヒータ;を含み、
前記金型及びパンチは、伝導体から構成される、選択的通電焼結装置。 - 前記電極部は、
前記通電制御部に接する伝導性部材;及び、
前記伝導性部材と連結された電極;を含み、
前記ヒータは、前記伝導性部材から延びて、前記金型を加熱することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の選択的通電焼結装置。 - 前記通電制御部は、
上記目的物が非伝導性材料である場合、前記金型と電極部が非通電するように構成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の選択的通電焼結装置。 - 前記通電制御部は、
上記目的物が伝導性材料である場合、前記金型と電極部が通電するように構成されることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の選択的通電焼結装置。 - 前記パンチは、
前記金型の空間の一方向及び他方向をそれぞれ加圧する第1パンチ;及び第2パンチ;を含み、
前記通電制御部は、
前記第1パンチ及び第2パンチの加圧反対方向の末端にそれぞれ備えられる第1の通電制御部;及び第2の通電制御部;を含み、
前記電極部は、
前記第1の通電制御部及び第2の通電制御部にそれぞれ接する第1の伝導性部材;及び第2の伝導性部材;を含み、前記第1の伝導性部材及び第2の伝導性部材とそれぞれ連結された第1電極;及び第2電極;を含むことを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の選択的通電焼結装置。 - 前記ヒータは、
前記第1の伝導性部材から前記第1パンチの加圧方向に延びた第1ヒータ;及び前記第2の伝導性部材から前記第2パンチの加圧方向に延びた第2ヒータ;を含み、
前記第1及び第2パンチによって加圧を行う際、第1ヒータの一側及び第2ヒータの一側が結合することを特徴とする、
請求項5に記載の選択的通電焼結装置。 - 前記第1ヒータ及び第2ヒータが結合するとき、所定の隙間が形成されることを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載の選択的通電焼結装置。 - 前記第1及び第2ヒータは、
四角状の凹部又は凹部が形成されて、結合時に噛み合わせることを特徴とする、
請求項6に記載の選択的通電焼結装置。 - 前記電極部にパルス電流を加えて、前記ヒータを駆動させる電源をさらに含むことを特徴とする、
