Claims (8)
- 소결체가 내장된 금형의 외부를 가압수단으로 가압하여 소결하는 소결장치에 있어서,금형;상기 금형을 가압하는 가압수단; 및상기 가압 수단의 축방향 일단에 구비되는 보조히터를 포함하는하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치는내부에 단열재가 구비된 진공챔버;상기 진공챔버의 내부에 설치되며, 상기 금형의 외부에서 금형을 가압하되, 일단에 상기 보조히터가 구비되는 가압 축;상기 가압 축과 연결되어 상기 소결체가 내장된 금형을 통전 가열하는 통전수단 및/또는 상기 금형의 외부 측면에 구비되어 상기 금형을 가열하는 그라파이트 측면히터를 포함하는하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보조히터는상기 가압 축에 하나 이상 삽입되는하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 보조히터는판형의 그라파이트인하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 소결체와 금형 사이에 비도전성 지그가 삽입되는하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 판형의 그라파이트는 판형의 길이방향으로 세워져 상기 가압축에 삽입 되며 외부전극에 의해 고정되는하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 가압축의 축방향으로 슬릿이 형성되고, 상기 슬릿에 상기 판형의 그라파이트 보조히터가 삽입되되,상기 판형의 그라파이트 보조히터 양측이 상기 가압축으로부터 절연을 위한 소정 간격 이격된 상태로 삽입되는하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 비도전성 지그는,세라믹인하이브리드 핫 프레스 장치.
