隣接するパネルの第1ロック要素と共作用するように適合された少なくとも一つの第2ロック要素であって、好ましくは前記下向きフランクに設けられる前記第2ロック要素と、を含む、先行項の一つに記載のパネル。
前記コアの前記上側部に実質的に平行な方向に延在する横向き舌部と、
前記横向き舌部から離れて設けられた少なくとも一つの第2下向きフランクと、
前記横向き舌部と前記第2下向きフランクの間に形成された第2下向き溝と、を含み、前記第4連結外形は、
隣接するパネルの前記第3連結外形の前記横向き舌部の少なくとも一部を収容するように構成された第3溝であって、上唇部および下唇部によって画定される前記第3溝において、前記下唇部が上向きロック要素を備える、第3溝、を含み、
前記第3連結外形および前記第4連結外形は、二つの前記パネルが、回す動きによって互いに連結されることができるように構成され、結合状態において、第1パネルの前記横向き舌部の少なくとも一部が、隣接する第2パネルの前記第3溝に挿入され、前記第2パネルの前記上向きロック要素の少なくとも一部が、前記第1パネルの前記第2下向き溝に挿入される、先行項の一つに記載のパネル。
Claims (72)
- 装飾用パネル、特に床パネル、天井パネルまたは壁パネルであって、
上側部および下側部を備えるコアと、
前記コアの前記上側部に張り付けられた装飾用頂部構造と、
第1連結外形を含む第1パネル辺、および、水平方向と垂直方向の両方において、隣接するパネルの前記第1連結外形と相互にロックするように係合するように設計された第2連結外形を含む第2パネル辺と、を含み、
前記コアが、
少なくとも一つの複合層を含み、該複合層が、
少なくとも一つのマグネシアセメントと、
前記マグネシアセメントに分散させたセルロース系粒子と、
前記複合層に埋め込まれた少なくとも一つの補強層と、を含む、パネルにおいて、
前記マグネシアセメントは、5Mg(OH)2・MgSO4・3H2O(513相)および/または3Mg(OH)2・MgSO4・8H2O(318相)を含む、パネル。 - 前記マグネシアセメントは酸化マグネシウムおよび/または水酸化マグネシウムを主成分とする、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメント自体は酸化マグネシウムを含まない、請求項1又は2に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメント自体が水酸化マグネシウムを含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは、水、特に水和水を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは塩化マグネシウムを含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントはオキシ塩化マグネシウムを含む、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは5Mg(OH)2・MgCl2・8H2Oを含む、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントはMg2(OH)ClCO3・3H2Oを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントはマグネサイト、特にハイドロマグネサイト(Mg5(CO3)4(OH)2・4H2O)を含む、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは、リン酸二水素アンモニウム(NH4H2PO4)を主成分とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは、ストラバイト(NH4MgPO4・6H2O)および/またはディットマライト(NH4MgPO4・H2O)を含む、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントはMgHPO4を含む、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは、リン酸二水素カリウム(KH2PO4)を主成分とする、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントはリン酸マグネシウムカリウム六水和物(MgKPO4・6H2O)を含む、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは少なくとも一つのホウ酸塩を含む、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは、硫酸マグネシウム、特に七水和物硫酸塩鉱物エプソマイト(MgSO4・7H2O)を主成分とする、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは、少なくとも10%の前記5Mg(OH)2・MgSO4・3H2O(513相)を含む、請求項1~17のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記マグネシアセメントは、5Mg(OH)2・MgSO4・5H2O(515相)および/またはMg(OH)2・MgSO4・7H2O(517相)を含む、請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、クエン酸、特に最大で0.5重量%のクエン酸を含み、かつ/または、クエン酸、特に最大で0.5重量%のクエン酸を使用することによって少なくとも部分的に形成される、請求項1~19のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層はケイ酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項1~20のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は重炭酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項1~21のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層はドロマイトを含む、請求項1~22のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層はリン酸(H3PO4)および/または少なくとも一つのリン酸塩、特にH2PO4を含む、請求項1~23のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)、塩化カルシウム(CaCl2)、硫酸アルミニウム(Al2(SO4)3)、および水酸化カルシウムCa(HO)2からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの鉱化剤を含む、請求項1~24のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記セルロース系粒子はリグノセルロースを含む、請求項1~25のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記セルロース系粒子は木材を含む、請求項1~26のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記セルロース系粒子の少なくとも一部は繊維によって形成される、請求項1~27のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記セルロース系粒子はヘンプ繊維を含む、請求項1~28のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記セルロース系粒子の少なくとも一部は粉末によって形成される、請求項1~29のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記セルロース系粒子の少なくとも一部は、木材の削り屑によって形成される、請求項1~30のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記セルロース系粒子の少なくとも一部は、ウール、特に木毛によって形成される、請求項1~31のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記セルロース系粒子の少なくとも一部は、木材チップによって形成される、請求項1~32のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記コアは、セルロース以外の材料から作られた分散粒子を含む、請求項1~33のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、鋼、ガラス、ポリプロピレン、木材、アクリル、アルミナ、クラワ、炭素、セルロース、ココナッツ、ケブラー、ナイロン、ペルロン、ポリエチレン、PVA、岩綿、サイザル、およびフィキューからなる群から選択される少なくとも一つのさらなる充填剤を含む、請求項1~34のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、カルボキシルメチルセルロースナトリウムを含む、請求項1~35のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層はフライアッシュを含む、請求項1~36のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層はシリカフュームを含む、請求項1~37のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は酸化鉄を含む、請求項1~38のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は脂肪酸を含む、請求項1~39のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層はアルカリ金属硫酸塩を含む、請求項1~40のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 少なくとも一つの複合層が、PVCまたはPURなどの少なくとも一つのポリマーを含む、請求項1~41のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 少なくとも一つの複合層がポリマーを含まない、請求項1~42のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、パーライト、好ましくは発泡パーライトを含む、請求項1~43のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は少なくとも一つの難燃添加剤を含む、請求項1~44のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は少なくとも部分的に発泡している、請求項1~45のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は可塑剤を含まない、請求項1~46のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記補強層は、不織層または織層、特に布である、請求項1~47のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記補強層はガラス繊維を含む、請求項1~48のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記補強層は、ジュートなどの天然繊維を含む、請求項1~49のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記補強層は、合成繊維、特にポリマー繊維を含む、請求項1~50のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、少なくとも50重量%のマグネシアセメント、好ましくは50重量%と90重量%の間のマグネシアセメントを含む、請求項1~51のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、1重量%と15重量%の間のセルロース系繊維を含む、請求項1~52のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、0重量%と3重量%の間のパーライトを含む、請求項1~53のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記複合層は、1重量%と8重量%の間の補強層を含む、請求項1~54のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 少なくとも一つの複合層が1kg/m3よりも大きい密度を有する、請求項1~55のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 少なくとも一つの複合層が1kg/m3よりも低い密度を有する、請求項1~56のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記コアは、前記少なくとも一つの複合層を実質的に被覆する防水コーティングを備える、請求項1~57のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。

- 前記コアは複合層の積層体を含み、該複合層同士は互いに直接的かつ/または間接的に積み重なっている、請求項1~60のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記コアは複合層の積層体を含み、少なくとも二つの複合層の組成は互いに異なる、請求項1~61のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記頂部構造は、防水接着剤によって前記コアに接着される、請求項1~62のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記頂部構造は、少なくとも一つの装飾層と、該装飾層を被覆する少なくとも一つの透明な摩耗層とを含む、請求項1~63のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記摩耗層は、100セルシウス度を超える溶融温度を有し、前記摩耗層は、好ましくはポリウレタンから作られる、請求項64に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルは、前記コアの後側部に取り付けられたバッキング層を含む、請求項1~65のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 少なくとも一つの補強層が、前記第1連結外形および前記第2連結外形のうちの一方の連結外形にのみ延在している、請求項1~66のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネル、好ましくは前記コアは、再生材料を含む、請求項1~67のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルの厚みは3mmと10mmの間にある、請求項1~68のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。

前記上向き舌部と前記上向きフランクの間に形成された上向き溝であって、隣接するパネルの第2連結外形の下向き舌部の少なくとも一部を受けるように適合された上向き溝と、
好ましくは前記上向きフランクとは反対側を向く前記上向き舌部の遠位の側部に設けられた、少なくとも一つの第1ロック要素と、を含み、前記第2連結外形は、
第1下向き舌部と、
前記下向き舌部から離れて設けられた少なくとも一つの第1下向きフランクと、
前記下向き舌部と前記下向きフランクの間に形成された第1下向き溝であって、隣接するパネルの第1連結外形の上向き舌部の少なくとも一部を受けるように適合された下向き溝と、
隣接するパネルの第1ロック要素と共作用するように適合された少なくとも一つの第2ロック要素であって、好ましくは前記下向きフランクに設けられる第2ロック要素と、を含む、請求項1~69のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。 - 前記パネルは、第3パネル辺および第4パネル辺にそれぞれ位置する少なくとも一つの第3連結外形および少なくとも一つの第4連結外形を含み、前記第3連結外形は、

隣接するパネルの前記第3連結外形の前記横向き舌部の少なくとも一部を収容するように構成された第3溝であって、上唇部および下唇部によって画定される前記第3溝において、前記下唇部が上向きロック要素を備える、第3溝、を含み、
前記第3連結外形および前記第4連結外形は、二つの前記パネルが、回す動きによって互いに連結されることができるように構成され、結合状態において、第1パネルの前記横向き舌部の少なくとも一部が、隣接する第2パネルの前記第3溝に挿入され、前記第2パネルの前記上向きロック要素の少なくとも一部が、前記第1パネルの前記第2下向き溝に挿入される、請求項1~70のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。 - 請求項1~71のいずれか一項に記載の複数の相互に連結した装飾用パネルを含む装飾用カバー材、特に装飾用床カバー材、装飾用天井カバー材、または装飾用壁カバー材。
