Abstract
Description
Claims (25)
- 車両の内部構成要素であって、前記車両の乗員室に向かって方向付けられた前面、及びこの前面に対して反対側の背面を有するキャリアと、
少なくとも一部が透明の振動板及び前記振動板に結合された変換器を含むスピーカであって、前記変換器が動くことにより、前記振動板を振動させて、前記振動板の振動によって音を発生し、前記振動板は、前記乗員室に向かって方向付けられた前面、及びこの前面に対して反対側の背面を有する、スピーカとを含み、
前記振動板は、前記振動板の周囲の少なくとも一部で前記キャリアに取り付けられており、これにより前記キャリアは、前記振動板の周囲の一部に沿って前記振動板のための支持を与え、一方、前記振動板の前記前面及び前記背面は、前記振動板の表面の一部にわたって前記キャリアから離れており、これにより前記振動板は、前記内部構成要素の前記キャリア内で宙ぶらりんとなっている、内部構成要素。 - 前記振動板は、前記振動板の前記前面及び前記背面で前記キャリア内に開口空間を与えることにより、前記内部構成要素内で宙ぶらりんとなっている、請求項1に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記キャリアは、前記振動板の全周に沿って支持を与える、請求項1又は2に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記変換器は、前記キャリアが前記振動板の前記前面を覆う、前記振動板の表面部で前記振動板に結合されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記内部構成要素は、前記キャリアに、前記キャリアの背後に、前記振動板に、又は前記振動板の背後に与えられた光源であって、前記振動板の前記前面に光を伝送するように構成された光源を更に含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記内部構成要素は、前記振動板の前記背面に対向する表面を更に含み、前記振動板の前記背面と前記背面に対向する前記内部構成要素の前記表面との間に隙間が形成されている、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記隙間は、少なくとも50mm、好ましくは約125mmの幅を有する、請求項6に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板の前記表面、及び前記振動板の前記背面に対向する前記内部構成要素の前記表面のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記振動板から表面に向かって放った音波を操作するように構成されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面は、音波を選択的に共振し、反射し、方向変換し、散乱させ、方向付け、及び/又は焦点を合わせるように構成されている、請求項8に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面は、サウンドボードとして構成されている、請求項8に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面は、凸状又は凹状ドーム形状の少なくとも1つを含むように構成されている、請求項8に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面は、特定のパターンに配置された複数の凸状及び/又は凹状ドーム形状を含むように構成されている、請求項8に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記少なくとも1つの表面は、前記振動板の主平面に対して異なる傾斜角度を有する複数の表面部分を含むように構成されている、請求項8に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板は、乗員のヘッドレストの前に且つそれと隣接して位置する、車室内の特定の領域に向けられた伝播の中心を有する音波を発生するように配置され及び/又は造形されている、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板は、2.5D形状又は3D形状である、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板は、1mm~2mm、特に約1.5mmの全厚を有する、請求項1~15のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記キャリアは、ドア内張りのポケットのキャリアであり、前記キャリアは、前記振動板を支持するための枠を形成する切断部を含み、前記振動板の前記前面及び前記背面は、前記内部構成要素を装着した時に前記車両の乗員が接近できる、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記キャリアは、ドア内張り又はセンターコンソール又はフロアコンソールのキャリアであり、前記キャリアは、前記キャリアの前記前面に開口を有する音響箱を画定し、前記音響箱を通って前記キャリアの前記前部に音を放つために、前記音響箱の裏側に変換器が配置されている、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記開口は、前記内部構成要素を装着した時に車室内の乗員座席の座位以下の領域に置かれている、請求項18に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板は、デジタルサイドミラー若しくはデジタルバックミラーの一部であるか、又はデジタルサイドミラー若しくはデジタルバックミラーを覆う、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板は、タッチスクリーンの一部であるか、又はタッチスクリーンを覆う、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板は、装飾アップリケの一部であるか、又は装飾アップリケを覆う、請求項1~21のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板は、2枚の透明外側層の間に位置付けられた透明減衰層を含む、多層振動板である、請求項1~22のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記変換器は、前記振動板の平坦な表面部分に配置された圧電変換器である、請求項1~23のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
- 前記振動板の前記前面に、印刷、オーバーモールド又はエッチングによって生成されたパターンなどのパターンを更に含む、請求項1~24のいずれか一項に記載の内部構成要素。
