前記複数の電池セルの上部または下部に位置し、一部位に前記複数の電池セルのいずれか一つに形成された電極端子と電気的に接続する接続端子が複数個形成された接続部、及び前記接続部の一端部から上方、下方、前方、及び後方の少なくとも一つ以上の方向へ少なくとも1回以上折り曲げられて延び、前記折り曲げられて延びた一部が、前記モジュールハウジングの左方または右方の外側壁に位置し、他のバッテリーモジュールの接続プレートの一部と接触するように構成された連結部を備えた接続プレートと、を備える。

Claims (15)
- 前後方向へ配列された複数のバッテリーモジュールを含み、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの各々は、
各々の上部及び下部に電極端子が形成され、水平方向へ配置された複数の電池セルと、
前記電池セルを挿入して収容するように内部に空間が形成されたモジュールハウジングと、
前記複数の電池セルの上部または下部に位置し、一部位に前記複数の電池セルのいずれか一つに形成された電極端子と電気的に接続する接続端子が複数個形成された接続部、及び前記接続部の一端部から上方、下方、前方、及び後方のうちの少なくとも一つ以上の方向へ少なくとも1回以上折り曲げられて延び、前記折り曲げられて延びた一部が、前記モジュールハウジングの左方または右方の外側壁に位置し、他のバッテリーモジュールの接続プレートの一部と接触するように構成された連結部を備えた接続プレートと、
を備えることを特徴とする、バッテリーパック。 - 前記接続プレートは、
プレート状であって前記複数の電池セルの上部に位置し、前記接続端子が前記電池セルの上部に形成された電極端子と電気的に接続する第1接続部、及び前記第1接続部の前方または後方の端部から下方へ折り曲げられて延び、前記折り曲げられて延びた一部の左方または右方の端部から前方または後方へ折り曲げられて延びた第1連結部を備えた第1接続プレートと、
プレート状であって前記複数の電池セルの下部に位置し、前記接続端子が前記電池セルの下部に形成された電極端子と電気的に接続する第2接続部、及び前記第2接続部の左方または右方の端部から上方へ折り曲げられて延び、前記折り曲げられて延びた一部が前記第1接続プレートの第1連結部の一部と接続する第2連結部を備えた第2接続プレートと、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記モジュールハウジングは、左方または右方の外側壁に平面を有するように形成され、前記連結部が重ねられた状態で配設されるように構成された保護部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記保護部の内側には、外部に開放された通気孔が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールハウジングの左右方向の外側壁には、水平方向へ突出して線状で連続的に延びた形態のリブが備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールハウジングは、左方または右方の外側壁から外側方向へ突出したガイド突起を備え、
前記ガイド突起の一部は、前記第1接続プレートの第1連結部または前記第2接続プレートの第2連結部と対向するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記モジュールハウジングのガイド突起には、前記第1接続プレートの第1連結部または前記第2接続プレートの第2連結部が前記モジュールハウジングの外側壁に固定されるように前記第1連結部または前記第2連結部の一部を加圧するフック構造が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールハウジングには、前部の外側壁から前方へ突出した結合突起、及び後部の外側壁の外面から内側方向へ凹んだガイド溝が備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記モジュールハウジングは、
左右方向の外側に上下方向へ貫通した固定孔と、
上下方向へ延びて前記固定孔に挿入されるように構成された固定管と、
を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記第1連結部及び第2連結部の一部が、前記固定管の左右方向の外側と対向するように位置することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記バッテリーパックは、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールを上部に搭載するプレート状の本体部、前記本体部の前端に備えられ、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの最前方を覆うように構成された前方カバー部、及び前記本体部の後端部に備えられ、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの最後方を覆うように構成された後方カバー部を備えるトレイと、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの上部を覆うように構成された上部カバーと、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの充放電電流を制御するように構成された電装品と、 をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 前記電装品は、前記前方カバー部または前記後方カバー部の外側に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。
- 前記トレイの本体部及び上部カバーの各々には、一部分が前記本体部に固定され、残りの部分が前記バッテリーモジュールの位置する方向へ突出した固定部材が備えられ、
前記固定部材の残りの部分が前記固定管に挿入されて固定されるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のバッテリーパック。 - 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、電子デバイス。
- 請求項1から13のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、自動車。
