Claims (22)
- バッテリモジュールに取り付けられた状態で、その上側端部または下側端部に電極端子が形成されるバッテリセルの電圧を検出するための電圧検知アセンブリであって、
(a)電気的に絶縁性の材料から形成されるとともに、前記バッテリセルの電極端子接続部に対応する、前記バッテリモジュールの前部または後部に取り付けられるブロックケースと、
(b)前記バッテリセルの前記電極端子接続部に電気的に接続される母線の片側の端部に位置する電圧検知端子に接続される導電性検知部と、
(c)前記導電性検知部によって検出された電圧をコントローラに送達するためのコネクタと、
を備え、
前記ブロックケースが、前記母線の前記電圧検知端子に対応する前記ブロックケースの位置に形成される、前部に開いている取り付け溝を備え、これにより、前記導電性検知部が前記取り付け溝内に取り付けられ、
前記導電性検知部が前記ブロックケースの前記取り付け溝内に取り付けられた状態で、前記導電性検知部が前記母線の前記電圧検知端子に接続されることを特徴とする電圧検知アセンブリ。 - 前記ブロックケースの前記取り付け溝が、導電性検知部ごとに個別に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- 前記導電性検知部の各々が前記導電性検知部の各々の前部から前記母線の複数の前記電圧検知端子のうちの対応するものの内に挿入される、レセプタクル型構造を有するように前記導電性検知部の各々が構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- 前記導電性検知部の各々が前記母線の複数の前記電圧検知端子のうちの対応するものの内に挿入されるレセプタクル部および導電ワイヤを含み、前記レセプタクル部が前記導電ワイヤに垂直である状態で前記レセプタクル部が前記導電ワイヤに接続される、請求項3に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- 前記導電性検知部がワイヤを介して前記コネクタに接続され、前記ワイヤの各々が、外部からの絶縁のために絶縁テープを巻かれるか、または、管状部材内に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- 前記ブロックケースが、その前部に、前記ワイヤを安定して固定するため、前方に突出するクランプ型固定部材を備える、請求項5に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- 前記母線の各々が、前記バッテリセルの複数の前記電極端子接続部のうちの対応するものに電気的に接続されるプレート型本体、および、前記プレート型本体の一方の端部に形成される電圧検知端子を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- カソードまたはアノード外部入出力端子に接続される前記母線のうちの1つが、前記電圧検知端子の反対側の、プレート型本体の他方の端部に形成されるとともに前記プレート型本体から外向きに突出するように屈曲する第1の外部入出力端子接続部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- 過電流状態で短絡を引き起こすため、前記本体と前記第1の外部入出力端子接続部の間に形成される、小さい垂直断面積を有する陥凹部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- アノードまたはカソード外部入出力端子に接続される前記母線のうちの1つが、前記電圧検知端子の反対側の、プレート型本体の他方の端部に形成されるとともに前記プレート型本体から外向きおよび上向きに突出するように屈曲する第2の外部入出力端子接続部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- 前記第1の外部入出力端子接続部および前記第2の外部入出力端子接続部が、前記外部入出力端子が結合される固定孔を備えることを特徴とする請求項8または10に記載の電圧検知アセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載の電圧検知アセンブリと、
各々がカートリッジ内に取り付けられるバッテリセルを備える複数のセルモジュールが垂直に積み重ねられる構造を有するセルモジュールスタックと、
前記セルモジュールスタックの下端を支持するための下端プレートと、
前記下端プレート上に配置される前記セルモジュールスタックの一番上のカートリッジを固定するための上端プレートと、
を備えることを特徴とするバッテリモジュール。 - 前記カートリッジの各々が前記バッテリセルの各々に対応する長方形構造を有するように構成され、これにより、前記バッテリセルを前記カートリッジ内に取り付けることが可能であり、熱が散逸される貫通孔がカートリッジの中央領域に設けられ、
前記セルモジュールスタックを固定するための固定部材が挿入される固定孔が前記カートリッジの各々の四隅に形成され、
前記電圧検出アセンブリが前記母線に安定して接続されるような組み立て様式で、前記電圧検出アセンブリおよび母線を取り付けるための絶縁取り付け部材が固定される結合部が前記カートリッジの各々の前部に形成される、請求項12に記載のバッテリモジュール。 - 前記絶縁取り付け部材が前記セルモジュールスタックの前部に対応するサイズを有する直方体構造を有するように構成され、前記カートリッジの前端が挿入され結合されるカートリッジ結合溝が前記絶縁取り付け部材の後部に形成され、前記バッテリセルの前記電極端子接続部が露出されるように、前記バッテリセルの前記電極端子接続部が前記絶縁取り付け部材の前記後部から導入される電極端子貫通孔が、前記絶縁取り付け部材の前部の反対側に形成されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記絶縁取り付け部材が、その前記前部の反対側の端部に、前記母線の前記外部入出力端子が安定して取り付けられる外部入出力端子のための配置部を備え、前記絶縁取り付け部材が、その中央領域に、前記電圧検知アセンブリが安定して取り付けられる電圧検知アセンブリ配置部を備えることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記外部入出力端子接続部のための前記配置部が、固定陥凹部を備えることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記電極端子貫通孔を通じて前方に露出される前記バッテリセルの前記電極端子接続部が、前記電極端子貫通孔内に取り付けられる前記母線の上端面に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリセルが前記セルモジュールの前記カートリッジ内に取り付けられ、前記カートリッジが前記下端プレート上に積み重ねられ、前記上端プレートが前記カートリッジのうちの一番上のカートリッジに結合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記ブロックケースが、その両端に、前記絶縁取り付け部材のスリット内に結合されるように外向きに突出する固定突起を備え、前記絶縁取り付け部材の電圧検知アセンブリ配置部の内側にスライドして固定されるように外向きに突出するスライド突起が、前記固定突起の上に設けられることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 前記バッテリセルの各々が、樹脂層および金属層を含むラミネートシートから形成されるケース内に取り付けられる電極アセンブリを有するパウチ型バッテリセルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリモジュール。
- 請求項12に記載のバッテリモジュールを使用して単体として製造されることを特徴とするバッテリパック。
- 前記バッテリパックが、電気自動車、ハイブリッド電気自動車、プラグインハイブリッド電気自動車、または電力貯蔵デバイスのための電力源として使用されることを特徴とする請求項21に記載のバッテリパック。
