前記溶接継手の前記厚さが、前記重ね継手を溶接するとき、酸化亜鉛煙が第2の複数の突出部により形成された排気開口を通じて前記ビームの前記それぞれの筒状部分の前記内部を出るように、前記第2縁部分又は前記側壁の前記平面から突出する前記第2の複数の突出部により形成される、請求項7に記載の亜鉛めっき多筒状ビーム。 - 前記溶接継手で形成された前記縁部分と前記中央セクションとの間の分離がおよそ50ミクロン~300ミクロンである、請求項1に記載の亜鉛めっき多筒状ビーム。
- 前記複数の突出部の各々の長さがおよそ2mm~5mmである、請求項1に記載の亜鉛めっき多筒状ビーム。
- 前記金属薄板の厚さがおよそ1mm~1.5mmである、請求項1に記載の亜鉛めっき多筒状ビーム。
- 亜鉛めっきレインフォースメントビームを連続的に成形する方法であって、
前記方法が、
略水平な平面において亜鉛めっき薄板ストックのロールを伸ばすステップと、
前記薄板ストックの上面にわたって突出部を形成するステップと、
前記薄板ストックの縁セクションが前記薄板ストックの中間セクションと接触している状態で筒状形状を成形するために、複数のロールステーションのセットを通じて前記薄板ストックをロール成形するステップであって、
前記薄板ストックの前記縁セクション又は前記中間セクションの少なくとも1つが前記突出部を含み、前記突出部が前記薄板ストックの前記縁セクションと前記中間セクションとの間に排気用間隙を形成する、ロール成形するステップと、
溶接継手を連続的に形成するためにレーザーヘッドステーションで前記薄板ストックの縁部分を中間部分にレーザー溶接するステップであって、前記溶接から生じた酸化亜鉛ガスが、前記排気用間隙を通じて前記筒状形状の内部を出ることが可能である、レーザー溶接するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記突出部が略一貫性のある隔たりで配されるとともに前記薄板ストックの前記上面にわたって直線的に配置される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記突出部が各々、前記排気用間隙の幅に略等しい高さだけ前記上面から突出する隆起した部分を含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記突出部が、レーザーディンプリング、機械的変形、放電蒸着、又は付加材料のうちの少なくとも1つで形成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記薄板ストックが、略一定の速度で長手方向に伸ばされ、ロール成形され、溶接される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記突出部が、前記複数のロールステーションの前記セットにおいて挿入されたステーションで連続的に形成される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記ロール成形プロセス中に前記突出部を形成するために、前記突出部が、前記複数のロールステーションの前記セットの第1ステーションと最終ステーションとの間に配置されたレーザーヘッドステーションで形成される、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 亜鉛めっきレインフォースメントビームを連続的に成形する方法であって、
前記方法が、
略水平な平面において亜鉛めっき薄板ストックのロールを伸ばすステップと、
前記薄板ストックの上面に突出部を形成するステップと、
排気用間隙を形成するために、前記突出部が前記薄板ストックの表面に当接している状態で筒状形状を成形するために前記薄板ストックをロール成形するステップと、
溶接継手を連続的に形成するために、前記薄板ストックを前記突出部でレーザー溶接するステップであって、前記溶接から生じた酸化亜鉛ガスが、前記排気用間隙を通じて前記筒状形状の内部を出ることが可能である、レーザー溶接するステップと
を含む方法。 - 亜鉛めっき多筒状ビームであって、前記亜鉛めっき多筒状ビームが、前記ビームの共通の中央壁部を共有する2つの隣接する筒状部分を成形するために亜鉛めっき金属薄板をロール成形することにより製造され、
前記亜鉛めっき多筒状ビームが、
溶接継手を介して、前記亜鉛めっき金属薄板の中央セクションに成形されたレインフォースメントリブに、取り付けられた前記亜鉛めっき金属薄板の外側セクションの縁部分であって、前記亜鉛めっき金属薄板の前記縁部分が前記ビームの前記共通の中央壁部を形成する、縁部分を含み、
前記溶接継手が、前記縁部分の平面を前記レインフォースメントリブの平面から分離する厚さを有し、
前記溶接継手の前記厚さが、前記縁部分又は前記レインフォースメントリブの少なくとも1つの前記平面から突出する複数の突出部により形成され、
前記溶接継手を溶接するとき、前記複数の突出部間の長手方向間隔は、前記溶接から生じた酸化亜鉛煙が前記ビームの前記それぞれの筒状部分の内部を出るように、排気開口を提供する、

前記方法が、
略水平な平面において亜鉛めっき薄板ストックのロールを伸ばすステップと、
前記薄板ストックの縁部分が前記薄板ストックの中間部分から間をあけて配された状態の開断面形状を成形するために、第1ロールステーションを通じて前記薄板ストックをロール成形するステップと、
前記亜鉛めっき薄板ストックが第1レーザーヘッドステーションを連続的に通過するときに、第1レーザーヘッドステーションで前記薄板ストックの前記縁部分又は前記中間部分の少なくとも一方の表面にわたってディンプルを形成するステップと、
前記薄板ストックの縁部分が前記薄板ストックの中間部分と接触している状態の筒状形状を成形するために第2ロールステーションを通じて前記薄板ストックを曲げるステップであって、前記ディンプルが、前記薄板ストックの前記縁部分と前記中間部分との間に排気用間隙を形成する、前記薄板ストックを曲げるステップと、
前記ディンプルに沿って溶接継手を連続的に形成するために、第2レーザーヘッドステーションで、前記薄板ストックの前記縁部分を前記中間部分にレーザー溶接するステップであって、前記溶接から生じた酸化亜鉛ガスが、前記排気用間隙を通じて前記筒状形状の内部を出ることが可能である、レーザー溶接するステップと
を含む方法。 - 前記第2レーザーヘッドステーションには、前記筒状形状の内部に配置された内部マンドレルが無い、請求項21に記載の方法。
