Claims (17)
- 缶装飾機のインカー組立体であって、
インキウェルと、
複数の横方向に固定されたローラー組立体と、
複数の振動ローラー組立体であって、振動本体と、前記振動本体を支持する振動シャフトと、前記振動シャフトに結合されるカムフォロワとを各々が含む、複数の振動ローラー組立体と、
を備え、
前記振動ローラー組立体と前記横方向に固定されたローラー組立体とが、前記インキウェルから前記缶装飾機のプレートシリンダにインキを移送するよう協働するように適合されており、
前記インカー組立体が、
前記振動ローラー組立体の前記カムフォロワのうちの少なくとも1つのカムフォロワと係合されるカムを有するカム本体と、
前記カム本体及び前記カムを回転させるためのカム駆動伝達装置と、
を備え、
前記カム本体の回転により前記カムフォロワを前後に移動させ、これにより前記振動ローラーを前後に移動させるようにする、インカー組立体。 - 前記振動ローラー組立体が、前記カム本体の周りに円周方向に向けられた、上部振動ローラー組立体と、左振動ローラー組立体と、右振動ローラー組立体とを含み、前記上、左、及び右振動ローラー組立体の各々が前記カムと係合されている、請求項1に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記振動ローラー組立体が、前記カム本体の長手方向軸と一致する中心を有するピッチ円直径の周りに等間隔に配置されている、請求項2に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記カム駆動伝達装置が、前記カム本体に取り付けられたカム駆動ギアと、前記カム駆動ギアにトルクを伝達するように適合されたギアトレーンとを含む、請求項3に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記カム本体は、前記カム本体に結合されたカム本体アイドラーギアを含み、前記上、左、及び右振動ローラー組立体の各々が、前記カム本体アイドラーギアと係合された振動ローラー駆動ギアを含む、請求項3に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記カムフォロワ支持体の各々が、インカー組立体フレームに滑動可能に結合されて、
前記カムフォロワの、振動ローラー組立体の長手方向軸の周りの回転及び前記振動ローラー組立体の長手方向軸に沿った並進が制約される、請求項5に記載のインカー組立体。 - 前記横方向に固定されたローラー組立体が、左ディストリビュータローラー組立体と右ディストリビュータローラー組立体とを含み、前記左ディストリビュータローラー組立体が、前記上部振動ローラー組立体及び前記左振動ローラー組立体と係合され、前記右ディストリビュータローラー組立体が、前記上部振動ローラー組立体及び前記右振動ローラー組立体と係合される、請求項6に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記横方向に固定されたローラー組立体が、左フォームローラー組立体及び右フォームローラー組立体を含み、前記左フォームローラー組立体が前記左振動ローラー組立体と係合され、前記右フォームローラー組立体が前記右振動ローラー組立体と係合され、前記左及び右フォームローラー組立体の各々が前記プレートシリンダを係合する、請求項7に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記振動ローラー組立体の各々が、インカー組立体フレームに取り付けられた少なくとも1つの支持軸受を含む、請求項3に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記振動ローラー組立体支持軸受の各々が、潤滑剤供給ギャラリ、潤滑剤回収ハウジング、及び潤滑剤リターンギャラリを含む、請求項9に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記振動ローラー組立体支持軸受に潤滑剤を供給し、前記振動ローラー組立体支持軸受から潤滑剤を受け取るように適合された閉ループ潤滑システムを更に備える、請求項10に記載のインカー組立体。
- 前記振動ローラー組立体の本体が、水冷に適合された内部通路を有する、請求項3に記載のインカー組立体。
- 缶装飾機のインカー組立体用のインキ冷却システムであって、
インキから冷却剤に熱を伝達するように適合された再循環チラーと、
前記インカーからの冷却剤の出口の温度センサと、
前記温度センサからのデータに応じて冷却剤の流量を制御して、インキ温度を目標温度に調整する弁と、
を備える、ことを特徴とするインキ冷却システム。 - 前記温度センサは、前記インカー組立体のうちの1つのインカー組立体の出口にある単一の温度センサであり、前記温度センサからの信号が1つの前記インカー組立体の前記冷却剤出口温度を表すようにする、請求項13に記載のインキ冷却システム。
- 前記インカー組立体が、複数のインカー組立体を含み、前記温度センサが、前記インカー組立体の全部または一部の共通の流れにおける単一の温度センサである、請求項13に記載のインキ冷却システム。
- 前記インカー組立体が複数のインカー組立体を含み、前記温度センサが複数の温度センサであり、前記インカー組立体が各々1つの温度センサを含み、前記インカー組立体の各々が固有の制御弁を有し、これにより、他の前記インカー組立体へのインキの冷却剤温度制御とは独立した、前記インカー組立体の各々へのインキの冷却剤温度制御を可能にする、請求項13に記載のインキ冷却システム。
- 前記インカー組立体の各々が、少なくとも1つのローラーを含み、該少なくとも1つのローラーを前記冷却剤が流れて、前記少なくとも1つのローラーと接触して前記インキを間接的に冷却する、請求項13に記載のインキ冷却システム。
