Claims (19)

前記軸方向見当合わせ駆動装置によって運動可能な軸方向見当合わせスライダを含み、前記軸方向見当合わせスライダは、前記軸方向見当合わせスライダの運動が前記版シリンダの軸方向見当合わせと関連するよう前記缶デコレータの版シリンダに機械的に結合され、
前記版シリンダを円周方向の向きに見当合わせするようになった円周方向見当合わせ駆動装置を含み、
前記円周方向見当合わせ駆動装置によって運動可能な円周方向見当合わせスライダを含み、前記円周方向見当合わせスライダは、前記円周方向見当合わせスライダが前記版シリンダの円周方向見当合わせと関連するよう前記版シリンダに機械的に結合されている、印刷見当合わせ組立体。 - 前記軸方向見当合わせ駆動装置は、前記軸方向見当合わせスライダを並進させるようになった軸方向見当合わせ線形アクチュエータを含み、前記円周方向見当合わせ駆動装置は、前記円周方向見当合わせスライダを並進させるようになった円周方向線形アクチュエータを含む、請求項1記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。
- 前記軸方向見当合わせ線形アクチュエータは、親ねじ組立体であり、前記円周方向見当合わせ線形アクチュエータは、親ねじ組立体である、請求項2記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。
- 前記軸方向見当合わせ線形アクチュエータと前記円周方向見当合わせ線形アクチュエータは、同軸である、請求項3記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。
- 前記軸方向見当合わせ駆動装置は、前記軸方向見当合わせ親ねじを駆動するようになった軸方向見当合わせモータを含み、前記円周方向見当合わせ駆動装置は、前記円周方向見当合わせ親ねじを駆動するようになった円周方向見当合わせモータを含む、請求項4記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。
- 前記軸方向見当合わせ親ねじと前記円周方向見当合わせ親ねじは、同心であり、前記軸方向見当合わせ親ねじ及び前記円周方向見当合わせ親ねじのうちの外側の一方は、前記軸方向見当合わせモータ及び前記円周方向見当合わせモータのうちの対応の1つによって変速装置を介して駆動される、請求項5記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。
- 前記変速装置は、前記軸方向見当合わせモータ及び前記円周方向見当合わせモータのうちの前記対応の1つに取り付けられた見当合わせ駆動歯車、及び前記軸方向見当合わせ親ねじ及び前記円周方向見当合わせ親ねじのうちの前記外側の1つに取り付けられた見当合わせ被動歯車を含む、請求項6記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。
- 前記軸方向見当合わせスライダは、前記軸方向見当合わせスライダの並進が前記印刷見当合わせシャフトの軸方向並進に変換されるよう前記印刷見当合わせシリンダに機械的に結合され、前記円周方向見当合わせスライダは、前記円周方向見当合わせスライダの並進が前記版シリンダシャフトの円周方向回転に変換されるよう前記版シリンダのシャフトに機械的に結合されている、請求項2記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。
- 前記円周方向見当合わせスライダは、主被動はすば歯車に機械的に結合されている円周方向伝達構造体を介して前記印刷見当合わせシリンダに機械的に結合され、前記主被動はすば歯車は、主駆動はすば歯車と噛み合い連絡関係をなして前記版シリンダシャフトに取り付けられ、前記主被動はすば歯車に伝達された並進により、前記主駆動はすば歯車との接触時に前記主被動はすば歯車が回転する、請求項8記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。

- 前記軸方向見当合わせモータに設けられた軸方向見当合わせモータ位置センサ及び前記円周方向見当合わせモータに設けられた円周方向見当合わせモータ位置センサをさらに含む、請求項10記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体。
- 缶デコレータ用カラーセクションであって、
複数の版シリンダシャフト組立体を有し、版シリンダシャフト組立体の各々は、版シリンダシャフト、前記版シリンダシャフトを回転するようになった版シリンダ駆動装置、前記版シリンダシャフトに結合されるとともにインキを受け取るようになった版シリンダ、及び請求項1記載の印刷見当合わせ組立体を含み、

a.軸方向見当合わせスライダを並進させるステップと、
b.前記軸方向見当合わせスライダの前記並進を軸方向に伝達して該並進を軸方向に前記缶デコレータの版シリンダの並進にするステップと、
c.円周方向見当合わせスライダを並進させるステップと、
d.前記円周方向見当合わせスライダの前記並進を円周方向の向きに前記版シリンダの回転に変換するステップと、
e.缶上の前記印刷イメージの所望の見当合わせが達成されるまで前記ステップ(a)~(d)を繰り返し実施するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記並進ステップ(a)の実施前に前記版シリンダの軸方向並進の所望の大きさを受け取るとともに、前記並進ステップ(c)の実施前に前記版シリンダの円周方向調節の所望の大きさを受け取るステップをさらに含み、前記並進ステップ(a)は、前記版シリンダの前記軸方向並進の前記所望の大きさを達成するよう実施され、前記並進ステップ(c)は、前記版シリンダの前記円周方向調節の前記所望の大きさを達成するよう実施される、請求項14記載の方法。
