Description
- 沈殿;及び/又は
- 洗浄、特にろ過による洗浄、及び/又は
- 焼成。
- α相;及び
- 正方晶系のβ相;
- 中心立方構造のγ相;
- 面心立方構造のδ相
を有し得る。
- β、γ、及びδ相の;及び/又は
- 正方晶系、中心立方系、及び面心立方系の
酸化ビスマスコロイドBi2O3を欠いている。
- 生体適合性ポリマーと皮膚との間の密接な接触。この密接な接触は、皮膚上の生体接着性の生体適合性ポリマーの湿潤及び/又はその膨潤により支持される。
- 生体接着性の生体適合性ポリマーによる、皮膚のひび割れや細い線の充填。
- わずかな種類の成分を、有利には水性媒体中に含む単純な製剤であること、
- 広範囲の紫外線(UV-C、UV-B、UV-A、及びUV-V)に対する保護における高められた効果(そのような組成物はソーラーペイントに例えられる)、
- 非常に高い日焼け止め係数、
- 角質層(皮膚の最も外側の細胞層)への浸透がほとんど又は全くなく、敏感でアトピー性の皮膚を保護すること、
- 肌への密着性が良く、日焼け止めを長持ちさせること。
- 1~60質量%の、ドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイド、有利には単斜晶系α型(α-Bi2O3)であり、有利には生体適合性ポリマーでグラフトされているドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイド;
- 2~20質量%の、構造化生体適合性ポリマー、好ましくはポリビニルピロリドン(PVP);
- 5~25質量%の、保湿剤、好ましくはグリセロール;
- 0.5~5質量%の、安定剤、好ましくはソルビタンモノラウレート;
- 0.1~1質量%の、pH調節剤、好ましくはクエン酸;及び
- 20~80質量%の、水及び/又は油。
- 1~60質量%の、ドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイド、有利には単斜晶系α型(α-Bi2O3)でのみ存在し、有利には生体適合性ポリマーでグラフト化されているドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイド;
- 2~20質量%の、構造化生体適合性ポリマー、好ましくはポリビニルピロリドン(PVP);
- 5~25質量%の、保湿剤、好ましくはグリセロール;
- 0.5~5質量%の、安定剤、好ましくはソルビタンモノラウレート;
- 0.1~1質量%の、pH調節剤、好ましくはクエン酸;及び
- 20~80質量%の、水及び/又は油。
酸化ビスマス前駆体、例えば硝酸ビスマス五水和物等と、鉄前駆体、例えば塩化鉄等とを、水、硝酸、及び水酸化ナトリウムと混合した後、オートクレーブ内に密封する。
単斜晶系α-Bi2O3コロイド、TiO2粒子、及びZnO粒子の吸収スペクトルを比較した。
(a)アナターゼ型のTiO2コロイド(40nm、DLSで測定して250nm程度の凝集体)。このTiO2は2質量%のPVPでグラフトされている。
(b)2質量%のPVPでグラフトされている、ZnOコロイド(15nm)、
(c)2質量%のPVPでグラフトされている、鉄でドープされたα-Bi2O3コロイド(α相及び単斜晶系アレイのコロイド;XRDで測定して30nm、DLSで測定して40nm)。
これらの化合物の、波長に基づく平均質量吸光係数(ε)を、従来の分光光度計を使用した測定から得た。平均質量吸光係数は、10μm、100μm、及び0.1cmの厚さのタンクで、10質量%(100g/L)、0.75質量%(7.5g/L)、及び0.05質量%(0.5g/L)の溶液について実行した測定の平均に相当する。この質量吸光係数は、ランベルトベールの式:

(式中、Aは測定された吸光度、l(cm)は試料を通る光路、C(g/L)は試料の質量濃度である。)
から得られる。
上述した(a)、(b)、(c)の溶液の、日焼け防止係数(SPF)、UV-A保護係数(FP-UVA)、及び臨界波長を、次の式:
Eλは、波長λの紅斑作用スペクトル(0から1の値)を示す。これは、波長λの紫外線が皮膚に紅斑を引き起こす可能性を示す量である。
Sλは、波長λでのスペクトル放射照度を示す。
Tλは、波長λでの試料の透過率を示す。
dλは、積分変数を示す。)
から、厚さ10μmのタンクについて計算した。
無機UVフィルターの光触媒活性は、様々なフィルター又は対照、及びUV放射の存在下で、メチレンブルーの分解をモニターすることによって評価される。
本発明による組成物を調製し、市販のソーラー組成物と比較した(表4)。
Claims (16)
- 結晶形態の酸化ビスマスコロイドBi2O3を含む、紫外線から可視光線までの範囲のフォトニックバリアを生成する局所用組成物であって、
前記酸化ビスマスコロイドが、金属でドープされていることを特徴とする、局所用組成物。 - 前記酸化ビスマスコロイドが、単斜晶系であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の局所用組成物。
- 酸化ビスマスコロイドが、単斜晶系のα相(α-Bi2O3)であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の局所用組成物。
- 酸化ビスマスコロイドが、単斜晶系α相(α-Bi2O3)でのみ存在することを特徴とする、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- 単斜晶系が、以下のメッシュパラメータ(mesh parameter):a=5.84Å;b=8.15Å;c=7.50Å;β=112.97°;P21/c空間群においてZ=4、に相当することを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- 前記金属が鉄であることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- 前記酸化ビスマスコロイドが、生体適合性ポリマーでグラフトされていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- 前記酸化ビスマスコロイドが、ポリビニルピロリドン(PVP)及びそのコポリマー(例えば、トリアコンタニル-PVP、PVP-エイコセン、又はPVP-ビニルアセテート等)、ポリビニルアセテート、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルクロライド、スチレン系樹脂、ポリアミド、アクリレート、ポリエステル、ポリブテン、多糖類(例えば、プルラン、アラビノキシラン、セルロース、キチン、キトサン、キサンタンガム、デキストラン、ウェランガム、ジェランガム、アラビアガム、ヒアルロン酸、セルロース及びその誘導体、デンプン、ジウタン等)、タンパク質及びそれらの成分(例えば、セリシン及びアミノ酸)、脂肪酸、リン脂質、ホスホグリセリド、トリグリセリド、シランカップリング剤、及びそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される生体適合性ポリマーでグラフトされていることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- ドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイド、有利には生体適合性ポリマーでグラフトされたドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイドを、局所用組成物の質量に対して1~60質量%、有利には20~50質量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- ドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイドBi2O3が、60~100%の、ドープされたα結晶相の酸化ビスマスコロイド、有利には生体適合性ポリマーでグラフトされたドープされたα結晶相の酸化ビスマスコロイドを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- ドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイド、有利には生体適合性ポリマーでグラフトされたドープされた酸化ビスマスコロイドが、0.5nm~1000nm、有利には0.5nm~100nmの範囲のサイズを有することを特徴とする、請求項1~10のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- 以下:
- 酸化チタン(TiO2)、亜鉛(ZnO)、鉄(Fe2O3)、ジルコニウム(ZrO2)、シリコン(SiO2)、マンガン(例えばMnO等)、アルミニウム(Al2O3)、セリウム(Ce2O3)、及びそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される、少なくとも1つの親油性及び/又は親水性の無機日焼け止め剤;及び/又は、
- INCI指定品である、カンファーベンザルコニウムメトサルフェート、ホモサレート、ブチルメトキシジベンゾイルメタン、フェニルベンゾイミダゾール-スルホン酸、テレフタリリデンジカンファースルホン酸、ブチルメトキシジベンゾイルメタン、ベンジリデンカンファースルホン酸、オクトクリレン、ポリアクリルアミドメチルベンジリデンカンファー、エチルヘキシルメトキシシンナメート、PEG-25 PABA、イソマミルp-メトキシシンナメート、エチルヘキシルトリアゾン、ドロメトリゾールトリシロキサン、ジエチルヘキシルブタミドトリアゾン、4-メチルベンジリデンカンファー、3-ベンジリデンカンファー、エチルヘキシルサリチレート、エチルヘキシルジメチルPABA又はオクチルジメチルPABA、ベンゾフェノン-4/ベンゾフェノン-5、メチレンビス-ベンゾトリアゾリルテトラメチルブチルフェノール、フェニルジベンゾイミダゾールテトラスルホン酸二ナトリウム、ビス-エチルヘキシルオキシフェノールメトキシフェニルトリアジン、ポリシリコーン-15、ジエチルアミノヒドロキシベンゾイルヘキシルベンゾエート、及びそれらの混合物を含む群から選択される、少なくとも1つの親油性及び/又は親水性有機日焼け止め剤
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~11のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。 - 分散剤、保湿剤、安定剤、及びpH調節剤を含む群から選択される少なくとも1つの添加剤をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- 日焼け止め組成物であることを特徴とする、請求項1~13のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。
- 局所用組成物の総質量に対して、以下:
- 1~60質量%の、ドープされた単斜晶系α相の酸化ビスマスコロイド(α-Bi2O3)、有利には生体適合性ポリマーでグラフトされているドープされた単斜晶系α相の酸化ビスマスコロイド(α-Bi2O3);
- 2~20%の、生体適合性ポリマー、好ましくはポリビニルピロリドン;
- 5~25質量%の、保湿剤、好ましくはグリセロール;
- 0.5~5質量%の、安定剤、好ましくはソルビタンモノラウレート;
- 0.1~1質量%の、pH調節剤、好ましくはクエン酸;及び
- 20~80質量%の、水及び/又は油
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~14のいずれか一項に記載の局所用組成物。 - ドープされた酸化ビスマス(Bi2O3)コロイド、有利には生体適合性ポリマーでグラフトされているドープされた酸化ビスマス(Bi2O3)コロイドの、紫外線フィルター、有利には200~420nmの波長スペクトルの紫外線フィルターとしての、使用。
