Abstract
Description
− 鉱物性結合材の重量を基準として、少なくとも30重量%のスラグを含む鉱物性結合材、
− 水酸化カルシウムからなるか、又は水酸化カルシウムを含む、スラグの水和のための活性化剤と、
− 炭酸リチウム、硫酸リチウム及び炭酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の塩からなるか、又はこれを含む共活性化剤。
式中、
R1はいずれの場合も他のものからは独立して、−COOM、−SO2−OM、−O−PO(OM)2及び/若しくは−PO(OM)2であり、
R2及びR5は、いずれの場合も他のものからは独立して、H、−CH2−COOM若しくは1〜5個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、
R3及びR6は、いずれの場合も他のものからは独立して、H若しくは1〜5個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、
R4及びR7は、いずれの場合も他のものからは独立して、H、−COOM若しくは1〜5個の炭素原子を有するアルキル基であり、
又は式中、R1とR4は、−CO−O−CO−への環(無水物)を形成し、
Mは、いずれの場合も他のものからは独立して、H+、アルカリ金属イオン、アルカリ土類金属イオン、二価又は三価の金属イオン、アンモニウムイオン又は有機アンモニウム基であり、
P=0、1又は2であり、
o=0又は1であり、
m=0又は1〜4の数であり、
n=2〜250、とりわけ10〜200であり、
Xは、いずれの場合も他のものからは独立して、−O−又は−NH−であり、
R8は、いずれの場合も他のものからは独立して、H、C1〜C20のアルキル基、シクロヘキシル基又はアルキルアリール基であり、且つ
A=C2〜C4アルキレンである。
− 活性化剤は水酸化カルシウムであり、0.3〜4重量%、好ましくは0.4〜3.5重量%、より好ましくは0.5〜3重量%、特に0.6〜2.5重量%で存在し、
− 共活性化剤は炭酸リチウム及び/又は炭酸ナトリウムであり、0.1〜3.0重量%、好ましくは0.12〜2重量%、より好ましくは0.14〜1重量%で存在し、
また鉱物性結合材組成物は、
− 0〜4重量%、好ましくは0.05〜2重量%、より好ましくは0.08〜1重量%、特に0.1〜0.5重量%の少なくとも1種の流動化剤、好ましくはポリアルキレングリコール側鎖を含む、アニオン性櫛形ポリマーを含む流動化剤と、
− 0〜5重量%、好ましくは0.2〜3重量%、より好ましくは0.3〜2重量%の硫酸カルシウムと、
− 0.006〜0.5重量%の増粘剤、好ましくは多糖類と、
− 0〜3重量%の更なる添加剤と、
を更に含み、全ての重量%は鉱物性結合材の重量を基準とする。
− 5〜95重量%の水酸化カルシウムと、
− 5〜60重量%の炭酸リチウム、硫酸リチウム及び/又は炭酸ナトリウム、好ましくは炭酸リチウム及び/又は炭酸ナトリウムと、
− 0〜40重量%、好ましくは1〜30重量%の硫酸カルシウムと、
− 0〜35重量%、好ましくは5〜30重量%の流動化剤、好ましくはポリアルキレングリコール側鎖を含む、アニオン性櫛形ポリマーと、
− 0〜20重量%、好ましくは0.2〜10重量%の増粘剤と、
− 0〜20重量%の更なる添加剤と、
を含み、少なくとも30重量%のスラグ(鉱物性結合材の重量を基準とする)を含む鉱物性結合材の、凝結及び/又は硬化を促進するための、組成物の使用である。
Ecocemは、約2,900kg/m3の密度、11μmの平均粒径(D50)、及び約4,500cm2/gのブレーン比表面積を有する高炉スラグ微粉末(GGBFS)であり、Ecocem Materials Ltd.,Irelandから入手可能である。
鉱物性結合材組成物を生成し、水と混合し、性能試験を行った。鉱物性結合材組成物は、最大0.3mmの骨材寸法を有する緻密なモルタルであった。
EN 196−3に準拠する自動ビカー針装置Vicatronicを用いて、モルタルの凝結時間を測定した。
鉱物性結合材組成物の全ての構成成分を、乾燥状態で表1〜表4中に示される量で、機械的混合機(KitchenAid Model Artisan、5KSM150)において、速度1で30秒間混合した。
Claims (15)
- 以下を含む、鉱物性結合材組成物:
− 鉱物性結合材の重量を基準として、少なくとも30重量%のスラグを含む鉱物性結合材、
− 水酸化カルシウムからなるか、又は水酸化カルシウムを含む、前記スラグの水和のための活性化剤、及び
− 炭酸リチウム、硫酸リチウム、及び炭酸ナトリウムからなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の塩からなるか、又はこれを含む共活性化剤。 - 前記鉱物性結合材が、少なくとも36重量%、好ましくは少なくとも66重量%、より好ましくは少なくとも82重量%、特に少なくとも90重量%のスラグを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 前記スラグが、ブレーン法によって測定される4,400〜6,000cm2/gの比表面積を有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 前記鉱物性結合材が、ポルトランドセメントとスラグとを含む混合セメントであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 前記鉱物性結合材が、スラグからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 前記活性化剤が、前記鉱物性結合材の重量を基準として、0.3〜4重量%、好ましくは0.4〜3.5重量%、より好ましくは0.5〜3重量%、さらにより好ましくは0.6〜2.5重量%で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 前記共活性化剤が、炭酸リチウム及び/又は炭酸ナトリウム、好ましくは炭酸リチウムを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 前記共活性化剤が、炭酸リチウム及び/又は炭酸ナトリウム、好ましくは炭酸リチウムからなることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 前記共活性化剤が、前記鉱物性結合材の重量を基準として、0.1〜3重量%、好ましくは0.12〜2重量%、より好ましくは0.14〜1重量%、さらにより好ましくは0.16〜0.8重量%で存在することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 活性化剤対共活性化剤の重量比が、20:1〜1:1、好ましくは10:1〜1.1:1であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 硫酸カルシウムを含まない前記鉱物性結合材の重量を基準として、0.1〜5重量%、好ましくは0.2〜3重量%、特に0.3〜2重量%の硫酸カルシウム、好ましくは硫酸カルシウム半水和物をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- 流動化剤、好ましくはポリアルキレングリコール側鎖を含むアニオン性櫛形ポリマーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。
- − 前記活性化剤が水酸化カルシウムであり、かつ0.3〜4重量%で存在し、
− 前記共活性化剤が炭酸リチウム及び/又は炭酸ナトリウムであり、かつ0.1〜3.0重量%で存在し、
かつ前記鉱物性結合材組成物が、
− 0〜4重量%の少なくとも一種の流動化剤、
− 0〜5重量%の硫酸カルシウム、
− 0.006〜0.5重量%の増粘剤、及び
− 0〜3重量%のさらなる添加剤
をさらに含み、全ての重量%が前記鉱物性結合材の重量を基準とすることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物。 - 組成物の重量を基準として、
− 5〜95重量%の水酸化カルシウム、
− 5〜60重量%の炭酸リチウム、硫酸リチウム、又は炭酸ナトリウム、
− 0〜40重量%の硫酸カルシウム、
− 0〜35重量%の流動化剤、
− 0〜20重量%の増粘剤、及び
− 0〜20重量%のさらなる添加剤
を含む組成物の使用であって、鉱物性結合材の重量を基準として、少なくとも30重量%のスラグを含む前記鉱物性結合材の凝結及び/又は硬化を促進するための使用。 - 水と混合した後、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の鉱物性結合材組成物が硬化した後に得られる硬化体、特に構造物の一部。
