Claims (14)
- 中空部を区画する管状の針部材と、
前記中空部に位置する線状の検出部材と、を備え、
前記針部材の側壁には、前記中空部に向かって張り出す厚肉部が設けられており、
前記針部材の内壁のうち前記厚肉部が構成する厚肉部内壁には、前記検出部材を受ける受け面が設けられているセンサ。 - 前記受け面は、前記検出部材の横断面外形の一部の領域に面接触して受けることが可能な受け形状を有している、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 前記検出部材は、横断面の外形が略円形であり、
前記受け面は、前記検出部材を受ける凹状の湾曲面により構成されている、請求項1又は2に記載のセンサ。 - 前記検出部材は、前記中空部において少なくとも2つ設けられており、
前記厚肉部内壁には、前記少なくとも2つの検出部材を受ける少なくとも2つの前記受け面が設けられている、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ。 - 前記厚肉部内壁は、頂部と、前記頂部から前記針部材の周方向の一方側に連続し、前記頂部から前記針部材の周方向の前記一方側に離れるにつれて前記針部材の肉厚が漸減する第1側部と、前記頂部から前記針部材の周方向の他方側に連続し、前記頂部から前記針部材の周方向の前記他方側に離れるにつれて前記針部材の肉厚が漸減する第2側部と、を備え、
前記受け面は、前記第1側部及び前記第2側部の少なくとも一方に形成されている、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ。 - 前記針部材の前記側壁には貫通孔又はスリットにより構成される開口部が形成されている、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ。
- 前記側壁のうち前記開口部を区画する縁部には、開口補強部が設けられている、請求項6に記載のセンサ。
- 前記開口部は、前記針部材の径方向において前記厚肉部と対向している、請求項6又は7に記載のセンサ。
- 前記針部材の先端部には、前記針部材の中心軸線の軸線方向に対して傾斜する刃面と、前記刃面の先端である針先と、を備える刃面部が形成されており、
前記厚肉部は、前記軸線方向において、前記刃面部により区画される前記針部材の先端開口まで延在しており、
前記厚肉部は、前記針部材を先端側から見た平面視において、前記針部材の前記中心軸線と前記針先とを結ぶ線分と前記側壁とが交差する位置に形成されている、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1つに記載のセンサ。 - 中空部を区画する管状の針部材と、前記中空部に位置する線状の検出部材と、を備えるセンサの製造方法であって、
板材をプレス加工して厚肉部を有する板状体を形成する厚肉プレス工程と、
前記板状体をプレス加工して管状に変形させ、前記針部材となる管状体を取得する管状プレス工程と、を含み、
前記管状プレス工程で管状に変形させる際に突き合わせる、前記板材又は前記板状体の外縁に、凹部を形成する、凹部形成工程を更に含む、センサの製造方法。 - 前記管状プレス工程において、前記検出部材を、管状に変形させる前記板状体に内包させる、請求項10に記載のセンサの製造方法。
- 前記凹部形成工程では、前記板材又は前記板状体の外縁の一部を屈曲させることにより前記凹部を形成する、請求項10又は11に記載のセンサの製造方法。
- 中空部を区画する管状の針部材と、前記中空部に位置する線状の検出部材と、を備えるセンサ、の製造方法であって、
棒材をプレス加工して、厚肉部及び開放部を備える半管状体を形成する厚肉プレス工程と、
前記半管状体をプレス加工して管状に変形させ、前記針部材となる管状体を取得する管状プレス工程と、を含む、センサの製造方法。 - 前記管状プレス工程において、前記検出部材を、前記開放部を通じて、前記半管状体に内包させる、請求項13に記載のセンサの製造方法。
