Claims (9)
- 軸方向に延びる筒状の外管部と、前記外管部に内蔵される弁本体と、前記弁本体に設けられる弁体と、を備えた逆止弁であって、
前記弁本体は、
前記弁体を支持する筒状の弁ホルダと、
前記弁体が着座可能な弁座部と、が一体に形成され、
前記弁体は、
前記弁ホルダ内において、前記弁座部に着座する弁閉位置と、前記弁座部から離れた弁開位置と、の間を軸方向に移動自在に設けられ、
前記弁ホルダにおける前記弁座部の反対側には、弁開位置にて前記弁体の移動を規制する弁受部材が設けられ、
前記弁受部材の外周面には、内方に向けて窪んだ窪み部が設けられ、前記弁ホルダの外周から内方に向けて変形された変形部が前記窪み部に係合することにより前記弁受部材が固定されている逆止弁。 - 前記弁ホルダの前記変形部は、前記外周からのロールカシメ、ポンチ加工、またはプレス加工により形成される請求項1に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記弁ホルダの内周面には、外方に向かって拡径された段付き部が設けられ、
前記弁受部材は、前記段付き部に当接した状態で固定される請求項1または2に記載の逆止弁。 - 前記窪み部は、V字形状または四角形状の溝で構成される請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記窪み部は、半円または楕円形状の湾曲した溝で構成される請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記窪み部は、前記弁受部材の外周における全周に亘って設けられている請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁。
- 前記弁ホルダと前記弁体との間には、前記弁体を前記弁座部に向かって付勢する圧縮ばねが設けられ、
前記弁受部材には、前記圧縮ばねの位置ずれを防止する凹部または突起部が設けられている請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の逆止弁。 - 前記弁体は、前記弁受部材に向かって開口するとともに前記圧縮ばねが挿入される筒状部を有して形成され、前記筒状部の先端側内周面には、径方向に拡がるテーパ部が設けられている請求項7に記載の逆止弁。
- 請求項1~8の逆止弁を備えた冷凍サイクルシステム。
