Claims (4)
- 導電性の複数本の素線が撚り合わされた内層撚線と、
導電性の複数本の素線が前記内層撚線の外周において撚り合わされて層状に配置された外層撚線と、を備え、
前記内層撚線と前記外層撚線とは、圧縮されており、前記内層撚線の素線について圧縮後の素線断面積を圧縮前の素線断面積で除した値(%)と100%との差分である内層減面率が29%以上32%以下とされ、前記外層撚線の素線について圧縮後の素線断面積を圧縮前の素線断面積で除した値(%)と100%との差分である外層減面率が6%以上11%以下とされ、前記内層減面率と前記外層減面率との差が19%以上25%以下である
ことを特徴とする圧縮撚線導体。 - 圧縮後の前記内層撚線の導体半径の二乗にπを掛けた値に対して、1mに切断した圧縮後の前記内層撚線の重量を当該導体材料の比重により除して得られる値が占める割合である内層圧縮率は、85%以上95%以下であり、
圧縮後の前記外層撚線の導体半径の二乗にπを掛けた値から圧縮後の前記内層撚線の導体半径の二乗にπを掛けた値を減算した値に対して、1mに切断した圧縮後の前記外層撚線の重量を当該導体材料の比重により除して得られる値が占める割合である外層圧縮率は、89%以上95%以下である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮撚線導体。 - 請求項1又は請求項2のいずれかに記載の圧縮撚線導体と、
前記圧縮撚線導体の周囲を覆う絶縁体と、
を備えることを特徴とする絶縁電線。 - 請求項3に記載の絶縁電線と、
前記絶縁電線に沿って配置される他の電線と、
を備えることを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。
