Abstract

Description
これは、1列の長いコンタクト要素の代わりに、互いに平行に配置されている2列のより短いコンタクト要素を設けることができるため、高電圧または高電流の適用において特に有利である。4つ以上の金属薄板層がある場合、3列以上の平行なコンタクト要素を設けることもできる。
