Abstract
Description
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダと、クランクシャフトに支持され且つ燃焼室を画定するようにシリンダ内における往復運動を繰り返すためのピストンと、いずれも予燃焼室に配置された点火部および水素燃料噴射器を有し且つ前記シリンダ内に配置された点火装置と、を備える内燃機関であって、前記予燃焼室が、前記予燃焼室と前記主燃焼室との間で流体連通を提供するための複数の開口を有する内燃機関を提供するステップ、および、
- 次の工程を含むサイクルで内燃機関を作動させるステップ、
- 予燃焼室に水素燃料を導入する工程;
- 主燃焼室に水素燃料を導入する工程;および、
- 主燃焼室に導入された水素燃料を燃焼させるために予燃焼室に導入された水素燃料に点火する工程。
Claims (12)
- 水素燃料内燃機関(1)を作動させるための方法であって、以下のステップを含む方法:
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダ(2)と、クランクシャフト(5)に支持され且つ主燃焼室(21)を画定するように前記シリンダ(2)内での往復運動を繰り返すためのピストン(3)と、いずれも予燃焼室(41)に配置された点火部(42)と水素燃料噴射器(43)とを有し且つ前記シリンダ(2)内に配置された点火装置(4)と、を備える内燃機関(1)であって、前記予燃焼室(41)が、前記予燃焼室(41)と前記主燃焼室(21)との間で流体連通を提供するための複数の開口(44)を有する前記内燃機関(1)を提供するステップ、および、
- 次の工程を含むサイクルで前記内燃機関を作動させるステップ、
- 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する工程;
- 前記主燃焼室(21)に水素燃料を導入する工程;および、
- 前記主燃焼室(21)に導入された前記水素燃料を燃焼させるために前記予燃焼室(41)に導入された前記水素燃料に点火する工程。 - 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程は、前記主燃焼室(21)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程の後に実施される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程と、前記主燃焼室(21)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程とが少なくとも部分的に重複して実施される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程は、前記主燃焼室(21)に導入された前記水素燃料の一部が前記予燃焼室(41)へ入ることを含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程は、前記ピストン(3)が前記シリンダ(2)内で圧縮ストロークする間に、前記主燃焼室(21)に導入された前記水素燃料の一部が前記予燃焼室(41)へ入ることを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程は、前記ピストン(3)が前記シリンダ(2)内で吸気ストロークする間に、前記主燃焼室(21)に導入された前記水素燃料の一部が前記予燃焼室(41)へ部分的に入ることを含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程は、前記水素燃料噴射器(43)によって前記予燃焼室(41)へ水素燃料が噴射されることを含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程は、前記予燃焼室(41)内の前記燃料噴射器(43)によって水素燃料を複数回噴射することを含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)内へ噴射された前記水素燃料を点火するときに、前記予燃焼室(41)内の空気/水素燃料比λが0.25≦λ≦0.4の範囲内になるように、前記予燃焼室(41)内に導入される水素燃料の量が選択される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)へ噴射された前記水素燃料を点火するときに、前記予燃焼室(41)内の空気/水素燃料比λが1.4≦λ≦2.5の範囲内になるように、前記予燃焼室(41)内に導入される水素燃料の量が選択される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程は、前記予燃焼室(41)に水素燃料を導入する前記工程の間、前記予燃焼室(41)に導入された前記水素燃料の点火まで、前記予燃焼室(41)内の前記空気/水素燃料比λが1.4≦λに維持されるように実施される、請求項10記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのシリンダ(2)と、主燃焼室(21)を画定する前記シリンダ(2)内で往復運動を繰り返すためのクランクシャフト(5)に支持されたピストン(3)とを備えた水素燃料内燃機関(1)であって、
前記水素燃料内燃機関(1)は、いずれも予燃焼室(41)に配置された点火部(42)および水素燃料噴射器(43)を有し且つ前記シリンダ(2)内に配置された点火装置(4)をさらに備え、
前記予燃焼室(41)は、前記予燃焼室(41)と前記主燃焼室(21)との間に流体連通を提供するための複数の開口(44)を有し、
請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の方法によって作動される、水素燃料内燃機関(1)。
