Claims (6)
- 蓄電セルから突出する正極片と、端子片を有するブレーカーと、前記正極片及び前記端子片に接続されるリード片とを備えた2次電池パックであって、
前記リード片は、前記正極片と接触する接触領域を有し、
前記端子片は、前記リード片の厚さ方向から視た平面視で、前記接触領域と重複する領域で、前記リード片と接触する第1部分と、前記リード片を露出させるための第2部分を含む、
2次電池パック。 - 前記リード片の前記接触領域のうち、前記平面視で前記第1部分と重複する領域には、レーザー光が照射された第1照射痕が形成されている、請求項1に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記リード片のうち、前記第2部分を介して露出する領域には、レーザー光が照射された第2照射痕が形成されている、請求項1又は2に記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記第2部分は、前記端子片を厚さ方向に貫通する貫通孔を含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の2次電池パック。
- 前記第2部分は、前記端子片の端縁で前記端子片の一部が除かれた切り欠き部を含む、請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の2次電池パック。
- 蓄電セルから突出する正極片と、端子片を有するブレーカーと、前記正極片及び前記端子片に接続されるリード片とを備えた2次電池パックを製造する方法であって、
前記端子片の一部が除かれた打ち抜き部を含む前記ブレーカーを製造する第1工程と、
前記端子片と前記リード片の第1面とを接触させ、前記リード片の前記第1面とは反対の第2面の側からレーザー光を照射して、前記端子片と前記リード片を溶接する第2工程と、
前記リード片の前記第2面と前記正極片とを接触させ、前記端子片の側から前記打ち抜き部を介して前記リード片の前記第1面にレーザー光を照射して、前記リード片と前記正極片とを溶接する第3工程とを含む、
