Claims (10)
- 光学的及び/又は電気的なプラグ接続のためのプラグコネクタ部品であって、取り外し可能なねじ接続を介して互いに接続されている、光学的及び/又は電気的な接点要素とそれらの支持体(5、12)用の少なくとも1つのハウジング(6)と、少なくとも1つのコレットスリーブ(19)とを有しており、前記少なくとも1つのハウジング(6)及び/又は前記コレットスリーブ(19)の内部には、外側スリーブ(8)に支持された張力緩和スリーブ(23)を有する、コネクタ部品内に通されたケーブル(K)用の張力緩和機構(8、22、23)が配置されている、プラグコネクタ部品において、
前記張力緩和機構(8、22、23)は、少なくともその全長の一部(27)にわたって前方に向かって漏斗状に開口するスリーブ(22)を有し、前記ケーブル(K)のストランド(29)、ファイバ(30)又は同種のものが前記スリーブ(22)に貫通案内されて固定されていることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ部品。 - 前記漏斗状に開口するスリーブ(22)は、張力緩和スリーブ(23)の前側に載せられそこで支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のプラグコネクタ部品。
- 前記スリーブ(22)の少なくとも漏斗状部分(27)の内部空間は、硬化した合成樹脂(28)が充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のプラグコネクタ部品。
- 前記スリーブ(22)の全内部空間と張力緩和スリーブ(23)の少なくとも一部は、硬化した合成樹脂(28)が充填されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のプラグコネクタ部品。
- 前記合成樹脂(28)は、反応性樹脂の群から選択されており、好ましくはエポキシ樹脂が選択されていることを特徴とする、請求項3又は4に記載のプラグコネクタ部品。
- 前記スリーブ(22)が張力緩和スリーブ(23)を介して外側スリーブ(8)に支持されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ部品。
- 前記ケーブル(K)の任意のシールドが、好ましくは圧着によって、スリーブ(23)の漏斗状部分(27)に固く接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ部品。
- 光学的及び/又は電気的ケーブル用のケーブルプラグとしての構成において、そのハウジングは相補的コネクタ部品、好ましくはシャーシソケットとのプラグ接続を形成するために構成されている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載のプラグコネクタ部品。
- 光学的及び/又は電気的な接点要素とそれらの支持体(5、12)のためのハウジング(6)と、
コレットスリーブ(19)と、
前記ハウジング(6)とスリーブクランプ(19)との間の取り外し可能なねじ接続と、
前記ハウジング(6)及び/又は前記コレットスリーブ(19)の内部の張力緩和機構(8、22、23)と、
ケーブル(K)の前記張力緩和機構(8、22、23)のための外被を形成する外側スリーブ(8)と、
前記外側スリーブ(8)上に支持されている、張力緩和機構(8、22、23)の部分としての張力緩和スリーブ(23)とを備える、プラグコネクタ部品において、
当該プラグコネクタ部品はさらに、
前記張力緩和機構(8、22、23)の一部として少なくともその全長の一部(27)にわたり前方に向かって漏斗状に開口するスリーブ(22)であって、前記ケーブル(K)のストランド(29)、ファイバ(30)又は同種のものの端部を包囲している、スリーブ(22)と、
前記ケーブル(K)のストランド(29)、前記ファイバ(30)又は同種のものと、前記スリーブ(22)との間の固定接続とを備えることを特徴とするプラグコネクタ部品。 - さらに、前記ケーブル(K)のストランド(29)、前記ファイバ(30)又は同種のものの間の領域、並びにこれらの要素と少なくともスリーブ(22)との間の領域を埋めるプラスチックポッティングを備えることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のプラグコネクタ部品。
