Abstract
Description
上記課題を解決するための本発明の第1の態様の三次元造形装置は、造形テーブルと、前記造形テーブルに粉末層を形成する層形成部と、前記粉末層における三次元造形物の造形領域にバインダーを含む液体を第1ノズルから吐出する第1ヘッドと、前記粉末層における前記造形領域に対する境界領域にセラミック粒子を含む液体を第2ノズルから吐出する第2ヘッドと、前記造形テーブルに対する前記第1ヘッド及び前記第2ヘッドの移動と、電圧を印加することによる前記第1ヘッド及び前記第2ヘッドの駆動と、を制御する制御部と、を備え、前記制御部は、前記第1ヘッドに第1フラッシング動作を実行させ、前記第1フラッシング動作と異なるフラッシング条件で前記第2ヘッドに第2フラッシング動作を実行させるよう制御することを特徴とする。
最初に、本発明の三次元造形装置1の一実施例について図1を参照して説明する。ここで、図1及び後述する各図における図中のX方向は水平方向であり供給ユニット8の往復移動方向に対応し、このうち、X1方向は往方向、X2方向は復方向に対応する。また、Y方向は水平方向であるとともにX方向と直交する方向であり、ローラー6の回転軸の延びる方向に対応する。また、Z方向は鉛直方向であり、層500の積層方向に対応する。

Claims (10)
- 造形テーブルと、
前記造形テーブルに粉末層を形成する層形成部と、
前記粉末層における三次元造形物の造形領域にバインダーを含む液体を第1ノズルから吐出する第1ヘッドと、
前記粉末層における前記造形領域に対する境界領域にセラミック粒子を含む液体を第2ノズルから吐出する第2ヘッドと、
前記造形テーブルに対する前記第1ヘッド及び前記第2ヘッドの移動と、電圧を印加することによる前記第1ヘッド及び前記第2ヘッドの駆動と、を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1ヘッドに第1フラッシング動作を実行させ、前記第1フラッシング動作と異なるフラッシング条件で前記第2ヘッドに第2フラッシング動作を実行させるよう制御することを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1に記載された三次元造形装置において、
前記第2フラッシング動作における前記第2ヘッドへ入力される波形の周波数は、前記第1フラッシング動作における前記第1ヘッドへ入力される波形の周波数よりも高いことを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載された三次元造形装置において、
前記第2フラッシング動作における前記第2ヘッドへの印加電圧は、前記第1フラッシング動作における前記第1ヘッドへの印加電圧よりも高いことを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載された三次元造形装置において、
前記第2フラッシング動作における前記第2ヘッドからの前記セラミック粒子を含む液体の吐出速度は、前記第1フラッシング動作における前記第1ヘッドからの前記バインダーを含む液体の吐出速度よりも速いことを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載された三次元造形装置において、
前記第2フラッシング動作において前記第2ヘッドから吐出される前記セラミック粒子を含む液体の液滴サイズは、前記第1フラッシング動作における前記第1ヘッドから吐出される前記バインダーを含む液体の液滴サイズよりも大きいことを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載された三次元造形装置において、
前記第2ヘッドは、前記第2ノズルに連通する圧力室と、前記圧力室に前記セラミック粒子を含む液体を供給する供給路と、循環させるために前記圧力室から前記セラミック粒子を含む液体を流入する循環路と、を備えることを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項6に記載された三次元造形装置において、
前記制御部は、単位時間当たりに前記循環路に流入する前記セラミック粒子を含む液体の流量をq1とし、単位時間当たりに前記第2ノズルから吐出される前記セラミック粒子を含む液体の最大流量をq2としたときに、q2/q1が0.05以上20以下となるよう制御することを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項7に記載された三次元造形装置において、
前記q2/q1は、0.05であることを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載された三次元造形装置において、
前記セラミック粒子はアナターゼ型TiO2を含むことを特徴とする三次元造形装置。 - 造形テーブルと、
前記造形テーブルに粉末層を形成する層形成部と、
前記粉末層における三次元造形物の造形領域に光吸収粒子を含む液体を第1ノズルから吐出する第1ヘッドと、
前記粉末層における前記造形領域に対する境界領域にコロイド状インクまたはポリマー系インクを含む液体を第2ノズルから吐出する第2ヘッドと、
前記造形テーブルに対する前記第1ヘッド及び前記第2ヘッドの移動と、電圧を印加することによる前記第1ヘッド及び前記第2ヘッドの駆動と、を制御する制御部と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第1ヘッドに第1フラッシング動作を実行させ、前記第1フラッシング動作と異なるフラッシング条件で前記第2ヘッドに第2フラッシング動作を実行させるよう制御することを特徴とする三次元造形装置。
