Claims (8)
- 粉末材料を硬化させて硬化層を形成し、これを順次積層することによって三次元造形物を造形する三次元造形装置であって、
造形された前記三次元造形物が収容される収容部材と、
前記収容部材に設けられ、前記粉末材料が収容される造形空間を有する造形槽と、
前記造形槽の前記造形空間内に配置され、前記粉末材料が載置される造形テーブルと、
所定の第1の方向に直線状に配列されかつ前記造形テーブルに載置された前記粉末材料に硬化液を吐出する複数のノズルと、前記複数のノズルが形成されたノズル面と、を有するラインヘッドと、
前記収容部材および前記ラインヘッドのいずれか一方を他方に対して前記第1の方向と直交する第2の方向に相対的に移動させる移動機構と、
前記収容部材のうち前記造形テーブルより前記第2の方向の一方側に配置され、前記ラインヘッドによってテストパターンが印刷される媒体が載置される媒体載置ステージと、
前記収容部材のうち前記造形テーブルより前記第2の方向の他方側に配置され、前記ノズルのメンテナンスが行われるメンテナンス装置と、
を備え、
前記媒体載置ステージの前記第1の方向の一方側の端部は、前記造形テーブルの前記第1の方向の前記一方側の端部より前記一方側に位置し、かつ、前記媒体載置ステージの前記第1の方向の他方側の端部は、前記造形テーブルの前記第1の方向の前記他方側の端部より前記他方側に位置し、
前記メンテナンス装置の前記第1の方向の前記一方側の端部は、前記造形テーブルの前記第1の方向の前記一方側の端部と前記第1の方向に関して揃った位置に配置され、前記メンテナンス装置の前記第1の方向の前記他方側の端部は、前記造形テーブルの前記第1の方向の前記他方側の端部と前記第1の方向に関して揃った位置に配置されている、三次元造形装置。 - 前記媒体は、着色層と前記着色層上に配置された遮蔽層とを有する表示基材であり、
前記遮蔽層は、前記遮蔽層に前記硬化液が付着したときに光を透過し、かつ、前記遮蔽層から前記硬化液が取り除かれたときに光を遮蔽する、請求項1に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記収容部材は、前記媒体を加熱するヒータを備えている、請求項2に記載の三次元造形装置。
- 前記ラインヘッドより前記第2の方向の前記一方側に配置され、前記粉末材料を貯留し、前記造形空間内に前記粉末材料を供給する供給口が形成された貯留槽と、
前記第2の方向に関して、前記供給口と前記ラインヘッドとの間に配置され、前記供給口から供給された前記粉末材料を前記造形空間に敷き詰める敷詰部材と、
前記第2の方向に関して、前記収容部材のうち前記造形槽と前記媒体載置ステージとの間に配置され、前記造形空間に収容しきれなかった前記粉末材料を回収する余剰粉末収容槽と、を備えている、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記メンテナンス装置は、
前記複数のノズルから前記硬化液が吐出されるフラッシングステージと、
前記ノズル面を覆うように前記ラインヘッドに取り付けられるキャップと、を備え、
前記フラッシングステージは、前記第2の方向に関して、前記キャップよりも前記造形テーブル側に配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記メンテナンス装置は、前記ノズル面をワイピングするワイパーを備え、
前記ワイパーは、前記第2の方向に関して、前記フラッシングステージと前記キャップとの間に配置されている、請求項5に記載の三次元造形装置。 - 前記メンテナンス装置は、少なくとも前記ノズルから前記粉末材料に向けて硬化液が吐出されるときに前記ワイパーおよび前記キャップを覆うカバー部材を備えている、請求項6に記載の三次元造形装置。
- 前記ラインヘッドを収容するケースを備え、
前記メンテナンス装置は、前記カバー部材を前記ケースに向けて付勢する付勢部材を備え、
前記カバー部材が前記ケースに押圧されることによって、前記カバー部材は、前記ワイパーおよび前記キャップを覆う閉位置から前記ワイパーおよび前記キャップの少なくとも一方を開放する開位置へと移動する、請求項7に記載の三次元造形装置。
