Claims (13)
- 医療用装置であって、
シースと、
前記シースの端部から延びるように構成されたレーザファイバと、
前記シースに対して移動可能なように構成された可撓性部材を含むバスケット部であって、前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分が、前記シースと前記レーザファイバとの間にある、バスケット部と、
前記レーザファイバに連結されたレーザビームスプリッタと、
を備え、
前記バスケット部が、石断片を捕捉するように開閉するように構成されており、
当該医療用装置は、前記レーザファイバと前記石断片との相対位置を維持するように捕獲した前記石断片を固定し、前記石断片に穴を開けるか、前記石断片を2つ以上の小片に断片化するように構成された、医療用装置。 - 前記レーザファイバが、前記シースに対して長手方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザファイバが、前記シースと実質的に同心である、請求項1または2に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記可撓性部材が前方位置に動かされるとき、前記バスケット部は開放構成にある、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記可撓性部材が後方位置に動かされるとき、前記バスケット部は潰れた構成にある、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザファイバと前記可撓性部材との間にチャネルを更に備え、かつ前記レーザファイバが、前記チャネル内で移動可能である、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザビームスプリッタが、融接によって前記レーザファイバに連結されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザビームスプリッタが、接着剤によって前記レーザファイバに連結されている、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザファイバ及び前記レーザビームスプリッタが、前記バスケット部の前記可撓性部材に対して移動可能である、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の医療用装置。
- 方法であって、
シースを提供することと、
前記シースの端部からレーザファイバを延ばすことと、
バスケット部を前記シースと前記レーザファイバとの間に摺動可能に接続することであって、前記バスケット部が可撓性部材を含み、かつ前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分が、前記シースと前記レーザファイバとの間にある、接続することと、
レーザビームスプリッタを前記レーザファイバに連結することと、
を含み、
前記シース及び前記可撓性部材が互いに対して移動可能であり、これにより、前記バスケット部が開閉し、
前記バスケット部が、前記レーザビームスプリッタに対して石断片を概して固定し、前記バスケット部内で前記石断片が固定されている間に前記レーザビームスプリッタからのレーザエネルギーが前記石断片を断片化するために使用されるように構成された、方法。 - 前記レーザファイバが、前記シースに対して長手方向に移動可能である、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザファイバが、前記シースと実質的に同心である、請求項10または11に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性部材が前方位置に動かされるとき、前記バスケット部は開放構成にあり、かつ/或いは、前記可撓性部材が後方位置に動かされるとき、前記バスケット部は潰れた構成にある、請求項10に記載の方法。
