Claims (20)
- 医療用装置であって、
シースと、
前記シースの端部から延びるように構成されたレーザファイバと、
可撓性部材を含むバスケット部であって、前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分が、前記シースと前記レーザファイバとの間にある、バスケット部と、
前記レーザファイバに連結されたレーザビームスプリッタと、
を備える医療用装置。 - 前記レーザファイバが、前記シースに対して長手方向に移動可能である、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザファイバが、前記シースと実質的に同心である、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記可撓性部材が、前記シースに対して移動可能である、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記可撓性部材が前方位置に動かされるとき、前記バスケット部は開放構成にある、請求項4に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記可撓性部材が後方位置に動かされるとき、前記バスケット部は潰れた構成にある、請求項4に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザファイバと前記可撓性部材との間にチャネルを更に備え、かつ前記レーザファイバが、前記チャネル内を移動可能である、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザビームスプリッタが、融接によって前記レーザファイバに連結されている、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザビームスプリッタが、接着剤によって前記レーザファイバに連結されている、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 前記レーザファイバ及び前記レーザビームスプリッタが、前記バスケット部の前記可撓性部材に対して移動可能である、請求項1に記載の医療用装置。
- 方法であって、
シースを提供することと、
前記シースの端部からレーザファイバを延ばすことと、
バスケット部を前記シースと前記レーザファイバとの間に摺動可能に接続することであって、前記バスケット部が可撓性部材を含み、かつ前記可撓性部材の少なくとも一部分が、前記シースと前記レーザファイバとの間にある、接続することと、
レーザビームスプリッタを前記レーザファイバに連結することと、
を含む方法。 - 前記レーザファイバが、前記シースに対して長手方向に移動可能である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記レーザファイバが、前記シースと実質的に同心である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性部材が、前記シースに対して移動可能である、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記可撓性部材が前方位置に動かされるとき、前記バスケット部は開放構成にある、請求項14に記載の方法。
