Abstract
Description
図1は、本発明の一実施例による車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム100の積層構造を概略的に示す図である。
ポリウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー35重量部、アクリレートモノマー63重量部、及び光開始剤0.9重量部を含む弾性体層110を、150μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層110の上面に、1次コーティングとして、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤40重量部を含む自己復元層120を、25μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層110の下面に、2次コーティングとして、アクリル共重合体100重量部、硬化剤2重量部、及び溶剤115重量部を含む粘着層130を、7μmの厚さを有するように形成して、熱成形工程が不要である車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム100を製造した。すなわち、実施例1の積層構造は、前述した前記の図1のような構造を有する。
基材層としてコロナ処理されたPETフィルムを、75μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記基材層の上面に、1次コーティングとして、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤40重量部を含む自己復元層を、25μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層の下面に、2次コーティングとして、アクリル共重合体100重量部、硬化剤2重量部、及び溶剤115重量部を含む粘着層を、7μmの厚さを有するように形成した。
LINTEC社のウィンドシールド用保護フィルム製品として、75μmのPETフィルムを含む基材層と、前記基材層の上面に、15μmの厚さを有するようにハードコーティングし、前記基材層の下面に、10μmの厚さを有するようにアクリル粘着層とを形成したことと分析される製品である。
SANGBO社のウィンドシールド用保護フィルム製品として、75μmのPETフィルムを含む基材層と、前記基材層の上面に、3μmの厚さを有するようにハードコーティングし、前記基材層の下面に、20μmの厚さを有するようにアクリル粘着層とを形成したことと分析される製品である。
表1は、本発明による実施例及び比較例1~3を、車両のフロントガラスの曲面部に付着することにかかる時間を測定した結果である。
ポリウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー35重量部、アクリレートモノマー63重量部、及び光開始剤0.9重量部を含む弾性体層110を、150μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層110の上面に、1次コーティングとして、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤40重量部を含む自己復元層120を、25μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層110の下面に、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤8重量部を含むプライマー層140を、1μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記プライマー層140の下面に、アクリル共重合体100重量部、硬化剤2重量部、及び溶剤115重量部を含む粘着層130を、7μmの厚さを有するように形成し、熱成形工程が不要である車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム100を製造した。すなわち、実施例1の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム100の構造及び成分を基準に、前記プライマー層140を、前記弾性体層110と前記粘着層130の間に配置して製造し、前述した図2(a)のような構造を有することができる。
ポリウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー35重量部、アクリレートモノマー63重量部、及び光開始剤0.9重量部を含む弾性体層110を、150μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層110の上面に、1次コーティングとして、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤40重量部を含む自己復元層120を、25μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層110の下面に、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤8重量部を含み、UV遮断剤5重量部及びIR遮断剤7重量部を含むプライマー層140を、1μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記プライマー層140の下面に、アクリル共重合体100重量部、硬化剤2重量部、及び溶剤115重量部を含む粘着層130を、7μmの厚さを有するように形成して、熱成形工程が不要である車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム100を製造した。すなわち、実施例1の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム100の構造及び成分を基準に、前記UV遮断剤及び前記IR遮断剤を含む前記プライマー層140を、前記弾性体層110と前記粘着層130の間に配置して製造し、前述した図2(a)のような構造を有することができる。
ポリウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー35重量部、アクリレートモノマー63重量部、及び光開始剤0.9重量部を含む弾性体層110を、150μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層110の上面に、1次コーティングとして、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤40重量部を含み、IR遮断剤7重量部を含む自己復元層120を、25μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記弾性体層110の下面に、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤8重量部を含むプライマー層140を、1μmの厚さを有するように形成し、前記プライマー層140の下面に、2次コーティングとして、アクリル共重合体100重量部、硬化剤2重量部、及び溶剤115重量部を含み、UV遮断剤5重量部を含む粘着層130を、7μmの厚さを有するように形成して、熱成形工程が不要である車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム100を製造した。すなわち、実施例2の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム100の構造及び成分を基準に、前記IR遮断剤を前記自己復元層120に添加し、前記UV遮断剤を前記粘着層130に添加して製造して、前述した図2(a)のような構造を有することができる。
表6は、本発明による実施例1~4を、車両のフロントガラスの曲面部に付着することに要する時間を測定した結果である。
Claims (10)
- 車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルムであって、
アクリル共重合体、硬化剤、及び溶剤を含む粘着層と、
前記粘着層上に配置され、ポリウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、アクリレートモノマー、及び光開始剤を含む弾性体層と、
前記弾性体層上に配置され、ウレタン樹脂、及びイソシアネート硬化剤を含み、スクラッチを復元し、耐衝撃性を有する自己復元層とを含み、
前記弾性体層は、前記自己復元層よりも大きい厚さを有し、PETフィルムよりも低い強度及び硬度を有し、前記弾性体層が、前記自己復元層と前記粘着層の間に積層されることによって、前記保護フィルムは、前記弾性体層の弾性力により、屈曲した車両のフロントガラスに熱成形工程なく、付着することができる、車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。 - 前記弾性体層は、ポリウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー25~40重量部、アクリレートモノマー50~70重量部、及び光開始剤0.1~5重量部を含む、請求項1に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
- 前記自己復元層は、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤30~50重量部を含む、請求項1に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
- 前記粘着層は、アクリル共重合体100重量部、硬化剤0.1~5重量部、及び溶剤90~110重量部を含む、請求項1に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
- 前記弾性体層の厚さは、100~200μmであり、前記自己復元層の厚さは、20~40μmであり、前記粘着層の厚さは、5~15μmである、請求項1に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
- 前記車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルムは、デュポン衝撃試験を基準に、2000mJ以上の耐衝撃性特性を有する、請求項1に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
- 更に、前記車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルムは、前記弾性体層と前記自己復元層の間、及び/又は前記弾性体層と前記粘着層の間に配置され、ウレタン樹脂及びイソシアネート硬化剤を含むプライマー層を含む、請求項1に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
- 前記プライマー層は、ウレタン樹脂100重量部、及びイソシアネート硬化剤1~10重量部を含む、請求項7に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
- 前記プライマー層は、更に、UV遮断剤及び/又はIR遮断剤を含む、請求項7に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
- 前記粘着層、前記弾性体層、及び/又は前記自己復元層は、更に、UV遮断剤及び/又はIR遮断剤を含む、請求項1に記載の車両のフロントガラス用保護フィルム。
