1)ジアミン鎖末端を有するポリアミドブロックと、ジカルボキシル鎖末端を有するポリオキシアルキレンブロックとの重縮合;

実施例1
種々のPEBAコポリマーをテストした。その特性を下記の表に要約する。
-シース温度:160~210℃
-射出速度:112cm/秒
-金型の開口前の保持時間:25~40秒
-冷却時間:120~180秒
-金型温度:60~80℃
-金型開口長さ:12mmまで
-金型の開口速度:50mm/秒
-全サイクル時間:145~220秒。
-密度:ISO 845標準による;
-反発レジリエンス:ISO 8307標準による(16.8g、直径16mmの鋼ボールを発泡体サンプル上に500mmの高さから落下させ、反発レジリエンスは該ボールに返ったエネルギーのパーセント、又は反発でボールが達した初期高さに対するパーセントに相当する);
-圧縮永久歪み:測定は、サンプルをある変形速度で所定の時間圧縮し、次に解放された拘束を解放し、そして回復時間後の残留変形を記載することから成る;測定はISO 7214標準に、変形50%、保持時間22時間、温度23℃にて、測定を30分後に実施し、別の測定を24時間の回復後に実施することによりに適合させる。
この実施例で、圧縮疲労テストを、PEBA No.Bを用いて200kg/m3で製造した発泡体及び対照TPU発泡体について実施する。
Claims (12)
- 非架橋ポリアミドポリエーテルブロックコポリマーの発泡体であって、
-該コポリマーの該ポリアミドブロックは数平均分子量200~1500g/molを有し;
-該コポリマーの該ポリエーテルブロックは数平均分子量800~2500g/molを有し;そして
-該ポリエーテルブロックに対する該ポリアミドブロックの質量比は0.1~0.9である発泡体。 - 請求項1に記載の発泡体であって、
-上記コポリマーの上記ポリアミドブロックが数平均分子量400~1000g/mol、好ましくは600~850g/molを有し;
-上記コポリマーの上記ポリエーテルブロックが数平均分子量1000~2000g/molを有し;そして
-上記ポリエーテルブロックに対する上記ポリアミドブロックの質量比が0.3~0.6である発泡体。 - 上記コポリマーの上記ポリアミドブロックが、ポリアミド11のブロック、又はポリアミド12のブロック、又はポリアミド6のブロック、又はポリアミド6.10のブロックである、請求項1又は2に記載の発泡体。

- 上記発泡体が、1種又はそれ以上の、好ましくはエチレンと酢酸ビニルとのコポリマー、エチレンとアクリレートとのコポリマー、及びエチレンとアルキル(メタ)アクリレートとのコポリマーから選ばれる添加物を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の発泡体。
- 請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の発泡体の製造法であって、溶融状態の上記コポリマーを、場合によっては1種又はそれ以上の添加物と共に、膨張剤と混合するステップ、及び該コポリマーと該膨張剤との混合物を発泡させるステップを含む製造法。
- 上記膨張剤が物理的膨張剤、好ましくは二窒素、二酸化炭素、炭化水素、クロロフルオロカーボン、ヒドロクロロカーボン、ヒドロフルオロカーボン及びヒドロクロロフルオロカーボンから選ばれる物理的膨張剤である、請求項7に記載の製造法。
