Claims (8)
- コイルの側面に出力されて前記コイルの中心を通る少なくとも1つのレーザーラインを発生させるレーザー発生部と、
前記レーザーラインを含むコイルの側面の画像を獲得するカメラ部と、
前記カメラ部により獲得した画像から、前記レーザーラインの各長さのうち前記コイルの側面に該当する長さに基づいてコイルのテレスコープ量を測定する測定部と、
を含むコイルのテレスコープ測定装置。 - 前記レーザー発生部は、それぞれレーザーラインを出力する複数のラインレーザー発生器を含む、請求項1に記載のコイルのテレスコープ測定装置。
- 前記レーザー発生部は、それぞれレーザーラインを出力する第1ラインレーザー発生器と、第2ラインレーザー発生器と、第3ラインレーザー発生器と、を含む、請求項2に記載のコイルのテレスコープ測定装置。
- 前記複数のレーザーラインは等間隔に前記コイルの側面に出力される、請求項2に記載のコイルのテレスコープ測定装置。
- 前記カメラ部は複数のカメラを含む、請求項1に記載のコイルのテレスコープ測定装置。
- 前記測定部は、前記カメラ部からの画像から、前記複数のレーザーラインの各レーザーラインのうち前記コイルの内側円と外側円に重なる両端点を認識し、各レーザーラインの両端点の間の長さが予め設定された範囲内にあると、コイルとして認識する、請求項2に記載のコイルのテレスコープ測定装置。
- 前記測定部は、前記複数のレーザーラインにおいて、各レーザーラインの両端点の間の長さの平均値、または各レーザーラインの画像のうち光量が高いラインの両端点の間の長さに基づいて前記コイルのテレスコープ量を測定する、請求項6に記載のコイルのテレスコープ測定装置。
- 前記コイルを同一位置に搬送する搬送部をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコイルのテレスコープ測定装置。
