Abstract
Description
2〜40重量%のフィルム形成剤、
10〜70重量%の芳香族エポキシ樹脂、
35重量%以下の脂環式エポキシ樹脂、
0.5〜7重量%のカチオン開始剤、
0〜50重量%のエポキシ強化ポリエーテル化合物、及び
0〜20重量%のポリオール
を含み、割合の合計は100%である。驚くべきことに、UV活性化により硬化が開始される層状接着剤の組成により、この層状接着剤はオープンタイムの間は粘着性であり、オープンタイムの終了後に最終的に構造的複合物強度をもたらすことが見出された。
ii. 10〜70重量%の芳香族エポキシ樹脂
iii. 35重量%以下の脂環式エポキシ樹脂
iv. 0.5〜7重量%のカチオン開始剤
v. 0〜50重量%のエポキシ強化ポリエーテル化合物

Claims (15)
- 少なくとも一つの層状接着剤(30)を含む、マイクロ流体カートリッジ(20)を封止するためのカートリッジ被覆要素(10)において、前記層状接着剤(30)が硬化を誘発するためにUV活性化可能であり、活性化の後でオープンタイムの終了時まで室温において粘着性であることを特徴とする、カートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記層状接着剤(30)が、
i. 2〜40重量%のフィルム形成剤、
ii. 10〜70重量%の芳香族エポキシ樹脂、
iii. 35重量%以下の脂環式エポキシ樹脂、
iv. 0.5〜7重量%のカチオン開始剤、
v. 0〜50重量%のエポキシ強化ポリエーテル化合物、及び
vi.0〜20重量%のポリオール
を合計して100%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。 - 前記層状接着剤(30)の厚さが、2〜1000μm、好ましくは5〜500μm、又は、特に好ましくは5〜100μmであることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記層状接着剤(30)が、フィラー、特にセラミックフィラー又はポリマー系フィラーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記フィラー(40)が、固体ガラス球状体、中空ガラス球状体、及び/又はポリマー球状体であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記フィラー(40)の最大寸法が、前記層状接着剤(30)の厚さよりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記層状接着剤(30)の第一の面(32)の上にカバー層(50)、好ましくはプラスチックフィルムが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記層状接着剤(30)の第二の面(34)の上にカバー層(51)、好ましくは取り外し可能なフィルムが配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記カバー層(50、51)が、前記層状接着剤(30)に対向する面(52、53)上、及び/又は、前記層状接着剤(30)とは反対側の面(54、55)上に接着剤反発コーティングを有することを特徴とする、請求項7又は8に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記カバー層(50,51)が、耐熱性及び耐媒体フィルムであり、好ましくは、PETフィルム、PCフィルム、又はCOPフィルムなどであることを特徴とする、請求項7〜9のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 前記カートリッジ被覆要素(10)が、230〜450nmの範囲において自家蛍光を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)を製造する方法であって、前記方法は、
a)キャリア材料上に室温において粘着性である前記接着剤を付与する工程、及び
b)当該複合物を乾燥する工程
を含む、方法。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のカートリッジ被覆要素(10)でマイクロ流体カートリッジ(20)を封止する方法であって、前記方法は、
前記カートリッジ被覆要素(10)をUV活性化する工程、
前記層状接着剤(30)のオープンタイム中に、前記カートリッジ被覆要素(10)の第二の面と前記マイクロ流体カートリッジとを接合することによって前記マイクロ流体カートリッジ(20)を封止する工程、及び
前記マイクロ流体カートリッジ(20)上の前記カートリッジ被覆要素(10)を硬化する工程
を含む、方法。 - 前記UV活性化が、前記マイクロ流体カートリッジ(20)から空間的に離れて起こることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記UV活性化が、前記カートリッジ被覆要素(10)と前記マイクロ流体カートリッジ(20)とを接合する前又は接合する間に起きることを特徴とする、請求項13又は14に記載の方法。
