Abstract
Description
ただし、場合によっては、高分子フィルム101が溶けていない状態でも、リードタブ190を金属片120に溶接することができる。高分子フィルム101が多孔性材料である場合には、気孔を介して導電材102が高分子フィルム101を透過して高分子フィルム101の両面と電気的に接続されるため、高分子フィルム101が溶けていない状態で金属片120に接続されたリードタブ190が高分子フィルム101の導電材102と電気的に接続されることができる。
Claims (15)
- 高分子フィルムと、
該高分子フィルムの少なくとも一つの表面に設けられる少なくとも一つの金属片と、
前記高分子フィルム及び前記金属片の表面に設けられる導電材と、
前記金属片に接合又は接続されるリードタブと、
を含むことを特徴とする、電極用集電体。 - 前記金属片は、薄膜、ホイル、メッシュ、ワイヤ又はファイバの形態で設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記金属片は、前記リードタブの溶接位置を確保したり、前記高分子フィルムの長さが長い場合、伝導性を確保する電気パスの役割をするように形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記高分子フィルムと向かい合う前記金属片の一面には、クロメート処理を含む表面処理が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記高分子フィルムと向かい合う前記金属片の一面には、接着層が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記高分子フィルムの表面には、前記導電材との接着力又は結着力を高めるための表面処理が形成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記導電材は、金属又は伝導性物質から設けられ、前記高分子フィルムの表面にめっき又はコーティングされた状態で形成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記導電材は、電極用集電体の限界電流又は最大電流を調整したり、下げるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記リードタブは、前記金属片に溶接され、前記金属片及び前記導電材と電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記金属片及び前記導電材は、前記高分子フィルムの両面に設けられ、前記高分子フィルムの両面に設けられた前記金属片は、同一位置に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記高分子フィルムの両面に設けられた前記金属片のいずれかに前記リードタブを溶接する際、前記高分子フィルムが溶けることにより、前記高分子フィルムの両面に設けられた前記金属片が相互に連結され、前記リードタブが前記高分子フィルムの両面に設けられた前記導電材と同時に電気的に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記高分子フィルムは、前記リードタブを覆うタブカバー部材が設けられ、
前記タブカバー部材は、前記導電材、前記金属片及び前記リードタブと接触するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電極用集電体。 - 前記タブカバー部材は、伝導性材料を含み、前記金属片と前記導電材を電気的に接続したり、前記金属片と前記導電材の間の伝導性が強化されるように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の電極用集電体。
- 前記タブカバー部材は、前記伝導性材料からなる第1層及び前記第1層の上面に設けられ、非伝導性材料からなる第2層を含み、
前記第1層は、前記導電材、前記金属片及び前記リードタブと接触するように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の電極用集電体。 - 前記タブカバー部材は、前記リードタブと向かい合う前記高分子フィルムの一面に設けられた前記金属片及び前記導電材を覆うように設けられ、前記金属片と前記導電材を電気的に接続したり、前記金属片と前記導電材との間の伝導性を強化するように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の電極用集電体。
