Claims (10)
- マルチウェルプレートの各ウェルに投入されて作動する磁石棒(111)を備えた磁石棒ブロック(110);
磁石棒ブロック(110)が装着される磁石棒ブロックホルダー(120);及び
磁石棒ブロックホルダー(120)に磁石棒ブロック(110)を固定するための固定具(130);を含む磁石棒ブロック取り替え部(100)が備えられた、標的物質抽出装置。 - 前記磁石棒ブロック取り替え部(100)は、磁石棒ブロック(110)の磁石棒(111)の外部に取り付けられて磁石棒(111)の汚染を防止するための磁石棒カバーブロック(140)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
- 前記磁石棒カバーブロック(140)は、磁石棒カバーブロックホルダー(150)に装着されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
- 前記磁石棒カバーブロック(140)は、固定具(130’)によって磁石棒カバーブロックホルダー(150)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
- 前記磁石棒ブロック(110)及び磁石棒カバーブロック(140)は着脱可能であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
- マルチウェルプレートが挿入可能な複数個のカートリッジ(210)がカートリッジ運搬用トレイ(220)に装着されて上下に積層されているカートリッジ装着部(200)がさらに備えられたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
- 前記マルチウェルプレートは、96ウェル、64ウェル、32ウェル、24ウェル、16ウェル又は8ウェルプレートであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
- 前記磁石棒ブロック(110)及び磁石棒カバーブロック(140)は、装着されたマルチウェルプレートのウェル数と同じ数の磁石棒が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
- 前記固定具(130,130’)は、永久磁石、電磁石、真空吸着具、トング、ジグ、ボルト、ピン、スナップリング、ボールプランジャー、又はそれらを組み合わせた形態の締付手段で固定することを特徴とする、請求項1又は4に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
- 前記標的物質は、核酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の標的物質抽出装置。
