Description
Claims (26)
- ファン組立体用のノズルであって、
切頭楕円体の全体的形状を有するノズル本体であって、第1の切頭部が前記ノズル本体の面を定め、第2の切頭部が前記ノズル本体のベースを定めるノズル本体と、
前記ノズル本体のベースに設けられた、空気流を受け取るための空気入口と、
前記ノズル本体の面に設けられた、前記空気流を放出するための1又は2以上の空気出口と、
を備え、
前記ノズル本体が、該ノズル本体の面に開口部を定め、前記ノズルが更に、前記開口部内に配置された中間面を備え、前記1又は2以上の空気出口が、前記中間面の周囲の周りに配置される、ノズル。 - 前記ノズル本体内で前記空気入口と前記1又は2以上の空気出口との間に延びる単一の内部空気通路を更に備える、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記空気通路は、前記ノズルの内面によって少なくとも部分的に定められる、請求項2に記載のノズル。
- 前記空気通路の断面積が、前記空気入口と前記1又は2以上の空気出口との間で変化する、請求項2又は3の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記空気通路は、前記空気入口の近辺で幅広になり、前記1又は2以上の空気出口の近辺で狭くなる、請求項2〜4の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記空気通路は、前記空気入口と前記1又は2以上の空気出口の間にプレナム領域を含む、請求項2〜5の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記プレナム領域は、前記ノズルの内面と、前記ノズル本体内に配置された方向転換面とによって定められ、前記方向転換面は、前記空気通路内の前記空気流を前記1又は2以上の空気出口に向けて導くように配置される、請求項6に記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズル本体のベースに対する前記ノズル本体の面の角度が固定される、請求項1〜7の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記ベースに対する前記面の角度が、0〜90度、より好ましくは0〜45度であり、更により好ましくは20〜35度である、請求項8に記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズル本体のベースは、前記ファン組立体の空気出口を覆って取り付けられるように配置される、請求項1〜9の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記中間面は、前記1又は2以上の空気出口の間の領域にわたる、請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記中間面は、前記1又は2以上の空気出口の各々の一部を定める、請求項1〜11の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記1又は2以上の空気出口が各々、前記中間面の一部と前記ノズル本体の対向する部分とによって定められる、請求項12に記載のノズル。
- 前記1又は2以上の空気出口の各々において、前記空気出口を部分的に定める前記中間面の一部は、前記ノズル本体の対向する部分の形状と対応する形状を有する
- 前記1又は2以上の空気出口は、前記中間面の少なくとも一部を覆って空気流を導くように配向される、請求項1〜14の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、前記中間面と前記ノズル本体との間にギャップを定め、前記1又は2以上の空気出口が、前記ギャップの部分によって設けられる、請求項1〜15の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記1又は2以上の空気出口が各々、前記ノズル本体の面に設けられた湾曲スロットを含む、請求項1〜16の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、第1の空気出口と第2の空気出口とを含む、請求項1〜17の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記第1及び第2の空気出口は、前記ノズル本体の面上で正反対に配置された湾曲スロットのペアを含む、請求項18に記載のノズル。
- 前記第1及び第2の空気出口は、20〜110度、好ましくは45〜90度、より好ましくは60〜80度の円弧角度を有する弧状スロットのペアを含む、請求項19に記載のノズル。
- 前記湾曲スロットのペアが、楕円形のギャップの別個の部分によって提供される、請求項17に従属する場合の請求項19又は20の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記湾曲スロットのペアの間の前記ギャップの部分が各々、1又は2以上のカバーによって閉塞される、請求項21に記載のノズル。
- 前記空気入口から前記空気出口への空気流を制御するバルブを更に備える、請求項1〜22の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- 前記第1及び第2の空気出口が組み合わされて複合空気出口を定め、前記バルブは、前記複合空気出口のサイズを一定に保ちながら、前記第2の空気出口のサイズに対する前記第1の空気出口のサイズを調整するよう移動可能である1又は2以上のバルブ部材を含む、請求項18に従属する場合の請求項23に記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズル本体は、切頭球体の全体的形状を有し、第1の切頭部が前記ノズル本体の円形面を形成し、第2の切頭部が前記ノズル本体の円形ベースの少なくとも一部を形成する、請求項1〜24の何れか1項に記載のノズル。
- インペラーと、空気流を生成するために前記インペラーを回転させるモータと、前記空気流を受け取るための請求項1〜25の何れか1項に記載のノズルと、を備えるファン組立体。
