Claims (10)
- 燃料電池セルスタック(16)の膜電極接合体(4)であって、少なくともカソードと、アノードと、カソードとアノードとの間の膜と、を備え、前記膜電極接合体(4)は、燃料電池セルユニットの双極性プレート(6)の形状にほぼ類似する基本形状をさらに有し、前記双極性プレート(6)の上に、前記膜電極接合体(4)が載置されることが意図され、
前記膜電極接合体(4)は、前記基本形状の外周部から突出する少なくとも1つの特徴的な位置合わせ突出部(10)をさらに備え、前記特徴的な位置合わせ突出部(10)は、位置合わせ治具(2)が接触して前記膜電極接合体(4)を前記燃料電池セルスタック(16)において位置合わせするように適合させたサイズおよび/または形状を有することを特徴とする、膜電極接合体(4)。 - 前記膜電極接合体(4)は、少なくとも2つの特徴的な位置合わせ突出部(10)を備える、請求項1に記載の膜電極接合体(4)。
- 前記少なくとも2つの特徴的な位置合わせ突出部(10)は、前記膜電極接合体(4)の外周部に沿って非対称に分散配置される、および/または異なる形状および/またはサイズを有する、請求項2に記載の膜電極接合体(4)。
- 複数の燃料電池セルユニットを備える燃料電池セルスタック(16)であって、各燃料電池セルユニットは、膜電極接合体(4)と、双極性プレート(6)と、を含み、前記燃料電池セルユニット群を積層して前記膜電極接合体(4)が双極性プレート(6)により分離されるようにし、前記膜電極接合体(4)の少なくとも1つの膜電極接合体、好ましくは全ての膜電極接合体は、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の膜電極接合体(4)である、燃料電池セルスタック(16)。
- 少なくとも1つの燃料電池セルユニット、好ましくは全ての燃料電池セルユニットは、前記双極性プレート(6)に少なくとも1つの固定手段により固定される前記膜電極接合体(4)を有する事前に組み付けた燃料電池セルユニットである、請求項4に記載の燃料電池セルスタック(16)。
- 前記膜電極接合体(4)のサイズは、前記双極性プレート(6)のサイズを超えて全ての領域において延びている、請求項4または5に記載の燃料電池セルスタック(16)。
- 前記燃料電池セルユニットは、前記特徴的な位置合わせ突出部(10)を介して位置合わせされて、積層後かつ位置合わせ後の燃料電池セルスタック(16)が、前記膜電極接合体(4)の位置合わせ後の特徴的な突出部(10)により形成される少なくとも1つの突出形状(18)を有するようになる、請求項4乃至6のいずれかに記載の燃料電池セルスタック(16)。
- 前記燃料電池セルスタック(16)は、少なくとも1つの側壁を有するハウジング(2)によりさらに取り囲まれ、前記側壁は、前記燃料電池セルスタック(16)の前記少なくとも1つの突出形状(18)に対応する形態(14)を有する少なくとも1つの凹部(12)をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の燃料電池セルスタック(16)。
- 請求項4乃至8のいずれかに記載の燃料電池セルスタック(16)の少なくとも一部を位置合わせして積層する位置合わせ治具(2)または燃料電池セルスタックハウジング(2)であって、複数の燃料電池セルユニットを備え、各燃料電池セルユニットは、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の膜電極接合体(4)と、双極性プレート(6)と、を含み、前記位置合わせ治具または燃料電池セルスタックハウジング(2)は、前記特徴的な位置合わせ突出部(10)を収容するように適合させた少なくとも1つの凹部(12)を有する位置合わせ部材をさらに備える、位置合わせ治具(2)または燃料電池セルスタックハウジング(2)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの凹部(12)は、前記特徴的な位置合わせ突出部(10)のサイズおよび/または形状に対応するサイズおよび/または形状を有する、請求項9に記載の位置合わせ治具または燃料電池セルスタックハウジング(2)。
