Claims (18)
- サンプル中の分析物を検出するためのシステムであって:
低認識成分が固定された面を備えた低感度バルク音響波(BAW)共振器センサーであって、
前記低認識成分は、分析物、タグが連結された分析物分子、若しくはタグ、又は増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分が結合されたこれらの分子の何れか1つを選択的に結合するように構成されている、
低感度バルク音響波共振器センサーと;
高認識成分が固定された面を備えた高感度BAW共振器センサーであって、
前記高認識成分は、分析物、タグが連結された分析物分子、若しくはタグ、又は増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分が結合されたこれらの分子の何れか1つを選択的に結合するように構成されている、
高感度BAW共振器センサーと;
増幅分子、前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分、並びに所望に応じて前記タグ及び前記分析物分子の一方又は両方を収容している1又は複数の容器と;
前記1又は複数の容器から前記低及び高認識成分が結合された前記低及び高BAW共振器センサーの両方の前記面までの流体経路と;
前記低及び高BAW共振器センサーの振動を駆動するように構成された作動回路と;
前記低及び高BAW共振器センサーの両方と結合するように配置され、前記低及び高BAW共振器センサーの前記振動の共振特性を表す1又は複数の共振器出力シグナルを測定するように構成された測定回路と;
前記作動回路及び前記測定回路と操作可能に結合されたコントローラと、
を備えた、システム。 - 前記低及び高認識成分が、異なっている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記低認識成分が、前記高認識成分の場合よりも、前記分析物分子に対して低い親和性を有する、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記低及び高認識成分が、同じであり、前記低及び高認識成分が固定されている前記面上での前記低及び高認識成分の濃度が異なっている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記低BAW共振器センサーの前記面上の前記低認識成分の濃度が、前記高BAW共振器センサーの前記面上の前記高認識成分の濃度よりも低い、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも前記低BAW共振器センサーの前記面上に、非特異的成分も固定されている、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラが、前記低BAW共振器センサーからの、前記高BAW共振器センサーからの、又は両方からの前記出力シグナルを用いる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラが、前記低BAW共振器センサーから、又は前記高BAW共振器センサーからであるが、両方からではない、前記出力シグナルを用いる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記コントローラが、前記低BAW共振器センサー及び前記高BAW共振器センサーの両方からの前記出力シグナルを用いる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- サンプル中の分析物を検出するための装置と共に用いるための、システムを備えたキットであって:
前記システムは:
低認識成分が固定された面を備えた低感度バルク音響波(BAW)共振器センサーであって、
前記低認識成分は、分析物、タグが連結された分析物分子、若しくはタグ、又は増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分が結合されたこれらの分子の何れか1つを選択的に結合するように構成されている、
低感度バルク音響波共振器センサーと;
高認識成分が固定された面を備えた高感度BAW共振器センサーであって、
前記高認識成分は、分析物、タグが連結された分析物分子、若しくはタグ、又は増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分が結合されたこれらの分子の何れか1つを選択的に結合するように構成されている、
高感度BAW共振器センサーと;
増幅分子、前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分、並びに所望に応じて前記タグ及び前記分析物分子の一方又は両方を収容している1又は複数の容器と、
を備える、キット。 - 前記増幅要素が、酵素であり、増幅前駆体が、基質であり、前記酵素は、前記基質を析出物に変換するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のキット。
- サンプル中の分析物を検出するための方法であって:
分析物又は分析物及びタグが連結された分析物分子と、低認識成分と、増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分とを、前記低認識成分及び前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分を含む複合体を生成させるために接触させることであって、
前記低認識成分は、低バルク音響波(BAW)共振器センサーの面に対して固定されており、前記分析物、前記タグが連結された前記分析物分子、若しくは前記タグの1つ以上を、又は前記第二の認識成分に結合されたこれらの分子の何れか1つ以上を選択的に結合するように構成されている、
接触させること;
分析物又は分析物及びタグが連結された分析物分子と、高認識成分と、増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分とを、前記高認識成分及び前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分を含む複合体を生成させるために接触させることであって、
前記高認識成分は、高BAW共振器の面に対して固定されており、前記分析物、前記タグが連結された前記分析物分子、若しくは前記タグの1つ以上を、又は前記第二の認識成分に結合されたこれらの分子の何れか1つ以上を選択的に結合するように構成されており、
前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分は、前記分析物、前記タグが連結された前記分析物分子、若しくは前記タグ、又は前記低及び高認識成分に結合したこれらの分子の何れか1つ以上を選択的に結合するように構成されており、
前記低認識成分及び前記高認識成分は、前記分析物分子に対して異なる親和性を有する、
接触させること;
前記連結された増幅要素と、増幅前駆体とを、前記増幅前駆体を前記BAW共振器センサーの面に質量を付与する分子に変換するための条件下で接触させること;並びに、
前記BAW共振器の前記面に付与された質量を測定すること、
を含む、方法。 - 前記分析物又は前記分析物及び前記タグが連結された分析物と、前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分との接触を、前記低及び高BAW共振器の前記面に対してそれぞれ固定された前記低及び高認識成分の両方との接触の前に行う、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記分析物又は前記分析物及び前記タグが連結された分析物と、前記低及び高認識成分との接触を、前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分との接触の前に行う、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記分析物又は前記タグが連結された分析物と、前記低認識成分と、前記高認識成分と、前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分とを同時に接触させる、請求項13に記載の方法。
- サンプル中の分析物を検出するための方法であって:
分析物又は分析物及びタグが連結された分析物分子と、低認識成分と、増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分とを、前記低認識成分及び前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分を含む複合体を生成させるために接触させることであって、
前記低認識成分は、低バルク音響波(BAW)共振器の面に対して固定されており、前記分析物、前記タグが連結された前記分析物分子、若しくは前記タグの1つ以上を、又は前記第二の認識成分に結合されたこれらの分子の何れか1つ以上を選択的に結合するように構成されており、固定されている前記面上での濃度が低い、
接触させること;
分析物又は分析物及びタグが連結された分析物分子と、高認識成分と、増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分とを、前記高認識成分及び前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分を含む複合体を生成させるために接触させることであって、
前記高認識成分は、高BAW共振器の面に対して固定されており、前記分析物、前記タグが連結された前記分析物分子、若しくは前記タグの1つ以上を、又は前記第二の認識成分に結合されたこれらの分子の何れか1つ以上を選択的に結合するように構成されており、固定されている前記面上での濃度が高く、
前記増幅要素が連結された第二の認識成分は、前記分析物、前記タグが連結された前記分析物分子、若しくは前記タグ、又は前記低及び高認識成分に結合したこれらの分子の何れか1つ以上を選択的に結合するように構成されており、
前記第一の認識成分の前記低濃度は、前記第二の認識成分の前記高濃度よりも低い、
接触させること;
前記連結された増幅要素と、増幅前駆体とを、前記増幅前駆体を前記BAW共振器の面に質量を付与する分子に変換するための条件下で接触させること;並びに、
前記BAW共振器の前記面に付与された質量を測定すること、
を含む、方法。 - 前記低BAW共振器の前記面上に、非特異的成分も固定されている、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記低及び高認識成分が、同じである、請求項16に記載の方法。
